Claims (3)

  1. (A) 평균 단위 구조식(Ⅱ)을 갖는 폴리실란을 25 내지 125℃에서 적당한 용매하에서 (i)(CH3)3Si OSi(CH3)3(ii) 강산 및 (iii)폴리실란(Ⅱ)내에 있는 할로겐의 중량을 기준으로 하여 적어도 화학 당량적 양론의 물과 1/2 내지 24시간 반응시킨후 (B) 구조식(I)의 폴리실란을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(I)의 폴리실란을 제조하는 방법.

    {(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (Ⅱ)
    상기 구조식(I)에서 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si= 단위와 40 내지 100몰% CH3Si단위를 함유하며 여기에서 실리콘 원자는 다른 실리콘 원자 및 폴리실란에서 (CH3)3SiO가 중량으로 23 내지 61% 들어있는 (CH3)3Sio 레디칼에 결합되며,
    상기 구조식(Ⅱ)에서 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰% (CH3)2Si=단위와 40 내지 100몰% CH3Si단위로 구성되고, 실리콘 원자의 잔유 결합은 다른 실리콘 원자, 염소 원자나 또는 브롬원자에 결합되어 있어, 폴리실란 중량 기준으로 10 내지 43중량%의 가수분해성 염소 또는 21 내지 62중량%의 가수분해성 브롬을 함유하는 폴리실란이다.
  2. {(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si}의 평균단위(Aveiage usit)의 폴리실란을 필수적으로 함유하는 조성물.
    상기 구조식에서 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%(CH3)2Si=단위와 40 내지 100몰% CH3Si=단위로 구성되며, 또한 실리콘원자는 다른 실리콘 원자 및 폴리실란에서 폴리실란 중량을 기준으로 하여 (CH3)3SiO- 23 내지 61%인 (CH3)3Si0 레디칼이다.
  3. {(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si}의 평균단위의 폴리실란을 불활성 기류 또는 진공하에서 폴리실란이 실리콘 카바이드 세라믹 물질로 전환될 때까지 1150℃ 내지 1600℃ 범위의 승온 상태로 가열시켜 실리콘 카바이드 세라믹 물질을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식에서 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰% (CH3)2Si= 단위와 40 내지 100몰% CH3Si단위로 구성되며, 또한 실리콘 원자는 다른 실리콘 인자 및 폴리실란에서 폴리실란 중량을 기준으로 하여 (CH3)3Si0-23 내지 61%인 (CH3)3Si0-래디칼이다.
