Claims (4)
- 전도 중합체 혼합물의 층과, 최소한 상기 층의한 표면에 점착하고 그 안에 개구부를 가진 판상의 전극으로 구성된 적층물에 있어서, 전도 중합체 혼합물이 (a) 전극의 제1지역에서는 개구부 내에 침투하나 통과하지는 않고 (b) 전극의 제2지역에서는 개구부내에 침투하여 통과하며, 상기 제1및 제2지역은 규칙적으로 배열되는 것이 특징인 적층물.
- 열에 의해 연화되는 전도 중합체 혼합물과 그 안에 개구부를 가진 판상의 전극을 복수개의 회전 로울러에 의해 형성된 간극을 통해 진행시키는 것을 포함하여서 된 적층물 제조방법에 있어서, 전극을 그 표면에 복수개의 요구부를 가진 로울러와 접촉시키면서 간극을 통해 진행시키므로써, 전도 중합체가 로울러의 요구부상에 위치하는 전극에 있는 개구부내에 침투하여 통과하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 적층물 제조 방법.
- 함께 간극을 형성하는 복수개의 로울러, 최소한 상기로울러 중의 하나와 접촉시키면서 상기 간극을 통해 테이프상의 전극을 진행시키기 위한 장치 및 상기 간극 내에 열 가소성 전도중합체 혼합물을 급송시키기 위한 장치를 포함하여서 된 적층물 제조장치에 있어서, 전극에 의해 접촉되는 로울러가 그 표면에 복수개의 요구부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 적층물 제조장치.
