Description
アクリル酸含量が20重量%以下のエチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA)をデカリン、テトラリンまたはこれらの混合物中に加熱溶解させて得られる導電性粒子含有PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient)インク組成物に、非極性ゴムを脂肪族炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素またはこれらの混合物から選ばれる非極性溶媒で溶解した非極性ゴム溶液を添加し、さらに極性溶媒を点滴添加することを特徴とするPTCインク組成物の製造方法。
前記非極性ゴムが、ブチルゴム(IIR)又はエチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTCインク組成物の製造方法。
前記極性溶媒が、ケトン類、グリコールエーテル類、グリコールエステル類、エステル類から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の単体又は2種類以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のPTCインク組成物の製造方法。
請求項1、2又は3記載の製造方法から得られることを特徴とするPTCインク組成物。
請求項4記載のPTCインク組成物を用い、厚さ1μm〜100μmに形成してなることを特徴とするPTC材料。
請求項5記載のPTC材料からなることを特徴とする面状発熱体
エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA) 100重量部
(エクソンモービル化学社製「Escor5000;アクリル酸含量6重量%」)
デカリン(関東化学社製) 600重量部
カーボンブラック(CB) 60重量部
(SRF:新日化カーボン社製「HTC#S」)
実施例1と同様に作成した導電性粒子含有PTCインク組成物に、EPDMを芳香族炭化水素に溶解した非極性ゴム溶液を添加し、ディスパーで攪拌してPTCインク組成物を得た。
実施例1と同様に作成した導電性粒子含有PTCインク組成物に、ACMをグリコールエーテルに溶解した極性ゴム溶液を添加しディスパーで攪拌してPTCインク組成物を得た。
評価1
実施例1及び比較例1、2のPTCインク組成物を用いて、メタルマスク印刷での所定の印刷速度に対するインクと溶剤の分離、印刷対象物への転写および連続被膜の形成を以下の評価基準に従い判定した。
インクと溶剤の分離
○:印刷周辺ににじみがない
△:にじみはあるが端部が明確である
×:にじんで端部が崩れている
○:転写した
△:一部転写しない
×:滑って転写しない
○:連続被膜を形成できた
△:一部だけ連続被膜を形成できた
×:連続被膜を形成できない
次に、印刷回数とにじみ、端部の脱落、スジの発生を確認した結果を表3に示した。
○は良好、△は少し発生、×はかなり発生し不良を示す。
次に、印刷物の変形について、変形の有無と、変形によって生じた端部の浮きを測定した。端部の浮きは200mm×100mm試験片の短辺(100mm)に対し、端部の浮き上がった高さを測定した。得られた結果を表4に示した。
Claims (6)
- アクリル酸含量が20重量%以下のエチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA)をデカリン、テトラリンまたはこれらの混合物中に加熱溶解させて得られる導電性粒子含有PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient)インク組成物に、非極性ゴムを脂肪族炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素またはこれらの混合物から選ばれる非極性溶媒で溶解した非極性ゴム溶液を添加し、さらに極性溶媒を点滴添加することを特徴とするPTCインク組成物の製造方法。
- 前記非極性ゴムが、ブチルゴム(IIR)又はエチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTCインク組成物の製造方法。
- 前記極性溶媒が、ケトン類、グリコールエーテル類、グリコールエステル類、エステル類から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の単体又は2種類以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のPTCインク組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1、2又は3記載の製造方法から得られることを特徴とするPTCインク組成物。
- 請求項4記載のPTCインク組成物を用い、厚さ1μm〜100μmに形成してなることを特徴とするPTC材料。
- 請求項5記載のPTC材料からなることを特徴とする面状発熱体。
