Abstract

The 'fermented rice straw bale manufactured by adding nitrogen gas and lactic acid solution' of the present invention is made by piling rice straw near the barn of a farm raising Korean beef, covering it with plastic, injecting nitrogen gas, and fermenting through self-heating, causing the nitrogen component to seep into the rice straw. It has been used as a method of lifting fermented rice straw, which can be given to neighboring farms in addition to one's own cattle, but cannot be transported long distances, so fermented rice straw, which is difficult to transport, is packaged and packed, and nitrogen gas and trace amounts are added to the packaged rice straw. It is a processing technology in the field of feed that allows for long-distance transport in a sealed sieve as it is manufactured from bagged fermented rice straw by injecting a lactic acid solution composed of an aqueous mineral solution.
To package with a bale, it is necessary to wrap 4 to 6 layers of adhesive plastic wrap to form a bale, so it is difficult to inject it before packaging, and since nitrogen gas and lactic acid solution cannot be injected into the bale, it must be manufactured as a bale and then stamped with a round surface. Make a small packing inlet in the center and insert the injector to inject a certain amount of nitrogen gas or feed urea and lactic acid solution. Then, block the packing inlet with adhesive tape, turn it over, place it on the bottom, and load it. Nitrogen absorption and lactic acid bacteria fermentation will proceed for a certain period of time. This is a method that allows for long-term storage because it maintains fermentation on its own once it has proceeded.
Baled rice straw is hollow and filled with air. If nitrogen gas is injected instead of air, the oxygen is consumed by microorganisms and filled with nitrogen gas, creating an anaerobic state. Feed urea and lactic acid solution, which are added instead of nitrogen gas, can also be injected. Accordingly, lactic acid bacteria proliferate in the lactic acid solution even without the injection of lactic acid bacteria, so if it is manufactured as an excellent non-protein nitrogen feed with nitrogen components, it can be replaced with sufficient protein feed without having to feed expensive protein feed to ruminants, so it can be replaced by breeding farms. This invention is expected to increase the profits of breeding farms while reducing feed costs.

Description

질소가스와 유산 용액을 넣어 제조되는 발효 볏짚 곤포 {The fermented rice straw bale to put in some nitrogen gas and lactic acid solution} {The fermented rice straw bale to put in some nitrogen gas and lactic acid solution}

The main crop in Korea is rice farming, and rice farming is the main crop not only in the granary areas but also in mountainous areas. In the fall, you can see bundles of white or blue bales on the ridges of rice fields. These bales can be purchased. It is easy to see the landscape of a multi-layered wall, but the era of improving the feed quality of rice straw through nitrogen gas injection, which had been tried in the past, has disappeared, and the use of expensive soybean meal, etc. In order to raise awareness of this as long as livestock are raised, the bales are manufactured using a bales and packaging equipment newly developed by agricultural equipment manufacturers to make rice straw, which is common, but valuable, to increase the value of feed. Nitrogen gas and lactic acid solution are contained in the numerous bales scattered on the rice field floor in the fall. It is injected and fermented to produce lactic acid bacteria fermented feed, so it belongs to the field of feed manufacturing technology intended to be fed as fermented feed to ruminant livestock.

The present invention increases the feed value of packages through urea and lactic acid fermentation, making it possible to reduce protein feed such as soybean meal that relies on imports, and the effective microorganism group excludes abuse of EM bacteria and uses only lactic acid bacteria. It is a fermented package processed with non-protein nitrogen feed injected with urea or nitrogen gas that has no effect on the fattening of ruminants by allowing it to ferment. It can be fed as highly fermented rough feed so that ruminants can synthesize expensive proteins on their own. It is a manufacturing technology that provides low-cost, excellent forage that increases growth and productivity.

The main background of the present invention is that rice straw, which has been used since the ancestors, was cut, placed in a cauldron, and the stew was boiled like porridge. However, at one time, rice straw was not allowed to be burned for the production of high-quality products such as bales and young, so the stew was boiled. Food was limited, so the boiling method disappeared and they began to feed it raw.

Even now, we do not boil or cut the long rice straw, but rather let the cows cut and eat the long rice straw themselves. Now that this is not enough, we scrape the rice straw from the bottom of the rice field, roll it into a ball, make it into bales, store it, and then release it from time to time to replace it with hay.

Bale in English means Bale, which is rolled up and wrapped to prevent wind and rain, tied with rice straw and hay in our own way. This is called lactic acid bacteria fermentation by adding so-called EM-bacteria, which are used for compost fermentation, but EM-bacteria. (EM-菌) is a group of effective soil microorganisms obtained from 10 genera and 82 species of soil. It is an unwanted fermenting bacteria including filamentous and photosynthetic bacteria, and its use is prohibited under the Feed Management Act.

Looking at the disclosed inventions, all of them are fermented or packaged by introducing or cutting strains, and there is no fermentation method like the present invention that creates a fermentation environment so that it can reproduce in the rice straw material without adding strains, so it blocks the inflow of oxygen and burns out. It is a method of creating an environment in which only anaerobic strains can survive and self-ferment within the rice straw bundle (bale) by injecting a lactic acid solution composed of an aqueous solution of trace minerals to achieve acidity by promoting microbial growth with the injected nitrogen. It is suitable for ruminant animals. The manufacturing method focuses on solving the problem of manufacturing coarse feed.

The most core task is to ferment while maintaining fermentation conditions while enabling long-distance transport. Rather than injecting lactic acid bacteria, the focus is on creating an environment for lactic acid bacteria fermentation so that the lactic acid bacteria can be active without dying. Manufactured with trace minerals. The problem is solved by adding a strong acidic lactic acid solution.

The task of injecting trace mineral lactic acid solution to create an environment so that lactic acid strains can survive and divide on their own without dying, the task of finding a method of injecting nitrogen gas to control harmful strains, and the aerobic system by introducing air from the outside As a means of solving the problem of air blocking that prevents fermentation from taking place,

In addition, the problem of good fermentation and transport for long distance transport in a fermented state is also a core problem of the present invention, and a problem that satisfies appropriate conditions in various fields is found and used as a solution.

The characteristics of the fermented rice straw filled with nitrogen gas in the package of the present invention are that when the existing package was filled with white mold and black mold, the fungus is replaced by fermenting bacteria, enabling long-distance transportation and the rice straw The goal is to increase the value of feed by preventing the most severe black mold from occurring, increasing digestion efficiency and preventing white mold, thereby suppressing aflatoxins and other substances. Nitrogen components permeate into the rice straw, and when consumed by ruminant livestock, it is converted into body protein of the microorganism by microorganisms in the rumen. Since it is digested in the fourth stomach of the year, it is expected that it will help farmers generate profits by obtaining protein without having to purchase expensive protein feed.

It reduces the risk of disease occurrence due to digestive problems and decreased immunity caused by harmful black mold, prevents growth disorders and reduced fattening effectiveness due to toxins released by these products, and protects the gonads of cows. It is also expected to contribute to increased profits by inducing calf production. ,

A packaging device that collects the rice straw (50) scattered around the rice field after harvesting it, bundles it into a round rice straw roll (60), and wraps the plastic for packing in 4 to 6 layers while rotating the bundled rice straw roll (60). When operated, the bundled rice straw rolls (60) are eventually completed into bales (10).

The size of the bale (10) is slightly different, but the width is 80 to 90 mm in diameter and the height is 90 to 100 mm. It is manufactured from a rice straw roll (60) that becomes a bale wound in a round roll, and then wrapped in 4 plastic wraps. If it is wound 6 times, it is made into a bale (10).

Bale in English is called Gongpo (10), and in Chinese it is called Nowadays, it is difficult to collect rice straw (50) scattered on the rice field, and the labor cost is high, but it is not possible to find workers, so it is mechanized. Meanwhile, the bale packaging device, which was developed by a domestic agricultural equipment manufacturer as a device for covering bales and bales in our own style by introducing foreign hay bales, has already become widely available, so it has been a long time since the distribution of bales (10) became common and moisture and Mold is being spread and distributed by bundling up foreign substances without taking any action, such as removing them.

The moisture content in the bale (10) is not constant, but looking at the past situation, the moisture in the rice field is excessive when bundled in a soggy rice field because water does not drain well in the rice field. However, in general, water must be drained from the rice field and dried before equipment can be used to work. This is possible, so in reality, not in special cases, the moisture content of rice straw is generally around 20%.

Under these moisture conditions, lactic acid bacteria fermentation within the package 10 is excellent. To introduce nitrogen gas 22 into the package 10, insert an injector into the package inlet 12 made under the roll of the package 10 or at the center of the upper surface. When injected, it spreads evenly inside the rice straw (50) and has good fermentation, meeting the conditions desired in the present invention.

If the rice straw (50) left after harvesting rice is made into a bale (10), the exact center of the rice straw roll (60) remains as a space and forms a passage, so that it is convenient to insert the injector (30) into this passage. Make a packing inlet (12) in the center of the upper surface, insert the injector (30), and connect the nitrogen gas (22) container to a hose with a gauge to inject it, or feed urea (24), which will replace nitrogen gas (22), without crumbling. In replacement, the input amount of urea (24) for granular feed is converted to an average of 0.6 cubic meters by weight of the package (10), so 6 cubic centimeters, which is 1% of nitrogen gas, is flowed, and the lactic acid solution (20) is set at 0.5 to 1.0%. Therefore, 6 liters of lactic acid solution (20), which is 3 to 6 cm3, must be added, and it is added without any difference in volume or weight because the larger the amount injected, the better the fermentation, and the nitrogen gas (22) for feed urea (24) is difficult to obtain and nitrogen gas (22) is difficult to obtain. It is used when it is difficult to obtain a barrel.

Nitrogen gas (22) and lactic acid solution are injected into the rice straw (50) and the injector (30) is removed. The mark left out is covered with a specially ordered large tape (40) at the bale inlet (12) where the injector (30) was inserted. When glued, the injected nitrogen gas (22), feed urea (24), or lactic acid solution (20) does not escape but is confined within the bale (10), changing the rice straw (50) to a yellow color, making it soft in appearance and softening the fiber texture. Easy to digest,

The method of harvesting rice is mechanized; only the rice is harvested and the rice straw is discarded. The rice straw (50) scattered on the rice paddy floor is collected with a rake, gathered in a long line, and then woven with a hay binder or directly with a rice straw roll (60) and wrapped with plastic wrap using a packing device. A packing inlet (12) is created in the center of the upper or lower surface of each bag (10) made by turning it and wrapping the plastic wrap in four to six layers, and an injector connected by a hose from a container filled with nitrogen gas (22). (30) is inserted into the package inlet (12) to inject nitrogen gas (22) into the center of the package (10), and the lactic acid solution (20) is also injected through the injector (30), but nitrogen gas (22) is injected into the center of the package (10). When it is difficult to obtain, feed urea (24) must be used as a replacement.

The amount of nitrogen gas (22) injected is set at 600 ㎥ for each package (10), and nitrogen gas (22) is injected at a gas level equivalent to 6 ㎥, and then composed of water-soluble trace minerals in the injector (30). A liquid amount equivalent to 3 kg of the lactic acid solution (20) was also injected to encourage anaerobic strains to function without adding strains for fermentation. Also, in cases where it was difficult to purchase liquid nitrogen gas, feed urea (24) was also injected. ) can only be used by converting it to the value corresponding to nitrogen gas (22). Even though the remaining nitrogen that is not absorbed by the rice straw is liberated and volatilized, there is no need to worry about urea poisoning and there is no need to worry about urea poisoning.

For each package 10, the package injection port 12, where the injector 30 was inserted, was blocked with a large tape 40, and the area where the large tape 40 was attached was turned upside down and the package 10 was placed upright.

The bales (10) erected as above are gathered in one place on the ridge of the rice field and generate heat even if they are not covered with a thermal cover (70) that will only protect them from wind and rain. However, they are covered to ensure fermentation and are then moved to a vehicle 3 weeks after the start of fermentation or 1 week after the start of fermentation. It was stored around the barn and fed to livestock after fermentation was complete after 3 weeks.

Meanwhile, some places are adding a product from Kyushu University in Japan, which consists of 82 species of soil microorganisms in 10 genera called Effective microorganisms, to rice straw and using it as feed, but this is a microorganism that cannot be used as feed. It is prohibited by the Feed Management Act, and in some cases, lactic acid bacteria are added directly. However, if the rice straw roll (60) has already deteriorated due to mold, humidity, or alkalization, lactic acid bacteria fermentation becomes inappropriate, so fermentation conditions must be created to enable anaerobic fermentation in acid. Considering that this is essential, the treated bales (10) are gathered together for fermentation, paying attention to the addition of trace mineral lactic acid solution and nitrogen gas. Front view of the bales (bales) covered with a thermal cover (70) before fermentation. It was the same as (a), and they were fermented to produce an excellent fermented rice straw bale product. Since it is called nitrogen and is not alkaline, if it is maintained in an anaerobic state, the lactic acid solution (20) will cause lactic acid fermentation. If the bale is dismantled, filamentous bacteria will form. Instead of being spread out like threads, it was able to become excellent fermented forage full of the sour smell that cows like.
