Claims (10)
- 환자의 턱뼈 안으로의 삽입을 위한 치과 임플란트(1, 1')에 있어서,
정점(apical)에 배열된 나사 영역(4)에서 원주방향 수나사(6)를 외부에 구비하고, 상기 나사 영역(4)에 인접하여 부가하여 제공되는 근위 샤프트 영역(10)에서 나사산이 없도록 구성된 기본 몸체(2)를 포함하되, 상기 나사 영역(4)은 최대 4 mm, 바람직하게는 최대 3 mm의 길이(LS)를 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트 영역(10)은 연마된 외측 표면(12)으로 구성된, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 몸체(2)는 적어도 1 ㎛, 바람직하게는 1.5 μm 내지 3.5 μm의 거칠기 값 Ra의 거칠기를 갖는 상기 샤프트 영역(10)에 있는 외측 표면(12)을 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 몸체(2)는 상기 샤프트 영역(10)에서 생체 적합성 표면 구조체 또는 코팅물을 구비하는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 나사 영역(4)은 상기 기본 몸체(2)의 전체 길이(L)의 최대 1/3, 바람직하게는 최대 1/4의 길이(LS)를 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무나사산(threadless) 샤프트 영역(10)은 상기 기본 몸체(2)의 전체 길이(L)의 적어도 2/3, 바람직하게는 적어도 3/4의 길이를 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 특히 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수나사(6)는 최대 4개, 바람직하게는 최대 3개의 나사산을 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 몸체(2)는 상기 샤프트 영역(10)에서 원형 단면을 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 몸체(2)는 상기 샤프트 영역(10)에서 오벌(oval) 단면을 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1'). - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 몸체(2)는 상기 베이스 몸체(2)의 길이 방향에서 볼 때 테이퍼지는 상기 샤프트 영역(10)의 단면을 갖는, 치과 임플란트(1, 1').
