Claims (6)
- 알코올이 부착된 금속 분체를 분급 온도 0℃ 이상 35℃ 이하에서 기류 분급하는 기류 분급 공정
을 포함하는, 금속 분체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기류 분급 공정에서의 분급 압력이 0.2MPa 이상 0.8MPa 이하인, 금속 분체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올의 20℃에서의 증기압이 18.7hPa 이상 65hPa 이하인, 금속 분체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올이 부착된 상기 금속 분체가 포화 흡착량의 40% 이상 90% 이하의 상기 알코올을 포함하는, 금속 분체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 분체의 개수 평균 입자 지름이 30nm 이상 200nm 이하인, 금속 분체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 분체는 Ni 분체인, 금속 분체의 제조 방법.
