Description
도 2는 본 발명의 프라이머 세트 및 프로브를 이용하여 Real-Time PCR을 수행한 후 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 strain에 대한 검출 특이도를 확인한 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 프라이머 세트 및 프로브를 이용하여 Real-Time PCR을 수행한 후 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 strain에 대한 검출 민감도를 확인한 도이다.
도 4는 Bio-rad CFX connect real-time PCR 장비를 이용하여 본 발명의 프라이머 세트 및 프로브의 양성대조군 DNA로서의 이용성을 확인한 도이다.

Claims (11)
- 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 염기서열을 포함하는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스(Salmonella Enteritidis) 균주 검출용 프라이머 세트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 세트는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 균주의 HokC 유전자에 특이적으로 결합하는, 프라이머 세트.
- 서열번호 3으로 표시되는 염기서열을 포함하는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 균주 검출용 프로브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 균주의 HokC 유전자에 특이적으로 결합하는, 프로브.
- 제1항의 프라이머 세트 및 제3항의 프로브를 포함하는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 균주 검출용 조성물.
- 제1항의 프라이머 세트 및 제3항의 프로브를 포함하는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 균주 검출용 키트.
- 시료로부터 분리된 핵산 시료를 분리하는 단계; 및
서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2로 표시되는 염기서열을 포함하는 프라이머 세트로 중합효소연쇄반응(polymerase chain reaction)을 수행하여 표적 핵산 서열을 증폭시킨 후 분석하는 단계;를 포함하는, 살모넬라 엔테리티디스 균주의 검출 또는 정량방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 검출 방법은 서열번호 3으로 표시되는 염기서열을 포함하는 프로브를 더 혼성화하는 것인, 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 시료는 식품에서 분리한 미생물 또는 이로부터 추출한 핵산 시료인, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합효소연쇄반응은 실시간 PCR (Real-time PCR), 실시간 RT-PCR (Real-time RT-PCR), 역전사 중합효소연쇄반응, 경쟁적 중합효소연쇄반응(Competitive RT-PCR), Nuclease 보호 분석(RNase, S1 nuclease assay), in situ 교잡법, 핵산 마이크로어레이, 노던블랏 및 DNA 칩으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 방법으로 수행되는 것인, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 정량 방법은 Ct값을 표준 검량선에 대입하여 시료에 존재하는 살모넬라 엔테리티디스의 수를 특이적으로 정량하는 것인, 방법.
