Claims (6)
- 표면이 레이저에 의해 조면화된 금속 성형체로서,
상기 금속 성형체의 조면화된 표면을 포함하는 표층부가
두께방향으로 형성된 상기 표면 측에 개구부를 가지는 간공과, 간공의 내벽면으로부터 간공과는 상이한 방향으로 형성된 지공으로 이루어지는 개방 구멍과,
두께방향으로 형성된 상기 표면 측에 개구부를 가지고 있지 않은 내부 공간을 가지고 있고,
표면으로부터 조면화에 의해 형성된 개방 구멍의 깊이까지의 부분이며 그 깊이는 50~500μm 범위로 형성되고,
또한 상기 개방 구멍과 상기 내부 공간을 접속하는 터널 접속로와 상기 개방 구멍끼리를 접속하는 터널 접속로를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 성형체. - 제1 성형체와, 제1 성형체와는 상이한 구성 재료로 이루어지는 제2 성형체가 접합된 복합 성형체로서,
상기 제1 성형체가 제1항에 기재된 금속 성형체이며, 상기 조면화된 표면이 접합면이며,
상기 제1 성형체와 상기 제2 성형체가 상기 금속 성형체의 상기 표층부에 형성되어 있는 상기 개방 구멍, 터널 접속로 및 내부 공간의 각각에 상기 제2 성형체의 구성 재료가 들어간 상태에서 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 성형체. - 금속 성형체와 수지, 고무 또는 엘라스토머의 성형체가 접합된 복합 성형체로서,
상기 금속 성형체가 제1항에 기재된 금속 성형체이며, 상기 조면화된 표면이 접합면이며,
상기 금속 성형체와 상기 수지, 고무 또는 엘라스토머의 성형체가 상기 금속 성형체의 상기 표층부에 형성되어 있는 상기 개방 구멍, 터널 접속로 및 내부 공간의 각각에 수지, 고무 또는 엘라스토머가 들어간 상태에서 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 성형체. - 금속 성형체와 수지, 고무 또는 엘라스토머의 성형체가 접착제층을 통하여 접합된 복합 성형체로서,
상기 금속 성형체가 제1항에 기재된 금속 성형체이며, 상기 조면화된 표면이 접합면이며,
상기 접착제층이 상기 금속 성형체의 접합면에 형성되고, 상기 금속 성형체의 상기 표층부에 형성되어 있는 상기 개방 구멍, 터널 접속로 및 내부 공간의 각각에 접착제가 들어간 상태에서, 상기 금속 성형체와 상기 수지, 고무 또는 엘라스토머의 성형체가 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 성형체. - 제1 금속 성형체와, 제1 금속 성형체보다 융점이 낮은 금속으로 이루어지는 제2 금속 성형체가 접합된 복합 성형체로서,
상기 제1 금속 성형체가 제1항에 기재된 금속 성형체이며, 상기 조면화된 표면이 접합면이며,
상기 제1 금속 성형체와 상기 제2 금속 성형체가 상기 제1 금속 성형체의 상기 표층부에 형성되어 있는 상기 개방 구멍, 터널 접속로 및 내부 공간의 각각에 제2 금속 성형체를 형성하는 금속이 들어간 상태에서 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 성형체. - 제1 금속 성형체와 제2 금속 성형체가 접착제층을 통하여 접합된 복합 성형체로서,
상기 제1 금속 성형체가 제1항에 기재된 금속 성형체이며, 상기 조면화된 표면이 접합면이며,
상기 접착제층이 상기 제1 금속 성형체의 접합면에 형성되고, 상기 제1 금속 성형체의 상기 표층부에 형성되어 있는 상기 개방 구멍, 터널 접속로 및 내부 공간의 각각에 접착제가 들어간 상태에서, 상기 제1 금속 성형체와 상기 제2 금속 성형체가 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 성형체.
