도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 세포 배양 용기의 변형예의 개략을 나타내는 설명도이고, (a)는 평면도, (b)는 측면도, (c)는 저면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 세포 배양 용기의 사용예를 나타내는 설명도이다.

Claims (10)
- 가스투과성을 갖는 플라스틱 필름으로 이루어진 용기 본체와 주입출용 포트를 구비하고,
상기 용기본체는 주변부가 밀봉되고, 용기 윗면측이 팽출 형상을 가짐과 함께,
상기 용기본체의 저면에 세포 배양부가 되는 오목부를 여러개 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목부는 개구 지름이 0.3 ~ 10mm이며, 깊이가 0.1mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저면에서 차지하는 상기 오목부의 점유면적이 상기 저면 면적에 대해서 30 ~ 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부가 개구 지름이 다른 두 종류 이상의 오목부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 필름의 산소 투과도가 5000mL/(m2·day·atm)이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부의 두께가 상기 저면의 상기 오목부 이외의 부분의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부를 포함하는 상기 저면에 세포저접착처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주입출용 포트의 기단으로부터 상기 용기본체 내에 돌출하는 포트폐색방지 편을 상기 윗면측에 위치하도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세포 배양 용기를 지지하는 지그이며,
상기 용기본체의 저면측을 상기 오목부에 비접촉으로 지지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 용기의 지그.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세포 배양 용기를 사용한 세포 배양 방법이며,
상기 용기본체의 저면측을 상기 오목부에 비접촉으로 지지하여 상기 오목부의 저면에 세포를 모아 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양 방법.
