Abstract

본 발명은 수분흡습 필름포장재에 관한 것으로서, PET필름층, 알루미늄 호일
층, 흡습 필름층을 적층한 것임을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명으로 인해 포장재 내부의 습도를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있으며, 외부
의 수분이 침투하는 것을 차단할 수 있다. 또한 건조제가 용출될 가능성이
없고, 이로인해 식품 포장재로서 장점이 있다.

Description

수분흡습 필름포장재 {Moisture absorption packaging film}
본 발명은 수분흡습 필름포장재에 관한 것으로, 필름포장재에 건조제를 함유
하는 흡습층을 만들어서, 수분으로부터 제품을 보호하는 필름포장재에 관한
것이다.
최근 다양한 식품, 생활용품, 전자제품 등에서의 포장재로, 수분차단성이나
가공성 등으로 인해 플라스틱 포장재의 개발이 증가추세에 있다.
특히 수분에 예민한 식품의 경우, 수분의 활성도가 제품의 물성을 변화시킬
수 있고, 부패의 가능성이 높아지는 원인이 되기 때문이다.
따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 건조제를 별도로 첨가하고, 수분
투습성이 낮은 알루미늄 봉지에 대전방지 처리를 하고 있는 실정이다.
그러나 수분 투습성이 낮은 포장재로 포장하는 방법은 별도의 건조제를 투입
하는 공정이 필요하게 되어 처리공정이 복잡해지고, 이로 인한 공정관리비용
이 상승하며, 건조제를 미삽입하는 등 실수로 인해 제품 품질에 지대한 영향
을 미칠 수 있다. 또한 건조제 포장재의 파손 등으로 인하여 제품의 2차
오염이 발생할 수도 있게 된다.
또한, 일반적으로 사용되는 실리카겔의 건조제는 수분을 급속도로 흡수하기
때문에 제품 자체의 수분까지도 흡수하여 품질의 변화의 가능성이 있는 등의
단점이 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 기존의 제품 포장재가 가지고 있는 공정관리비용의 상승,
제품의 2차 오염문제, 제품 자체수분 흡수 문제 등을 해결하기 위하여, 수
분 흡습기능을 가지는 필름형태의 포장재를 제공하여 기존의 문제점을
해결하는 것을 통해 생산성과 업무효율성을 높이는 것이다.
본 발명의 목적을 이루기 위해 적용되는 필름포장재는 PET필름층, 알루미늄
호일층 및 폴리에틸렌 수지와 건조제를 혼합한 흡습필름층이 순차적으로
적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 상기 알루미늄 호일층과 흡습 필름층 사이에 폴리에틸렌 필름층이 추가
로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 상기 흡습필름층의 저면에 폴리에틸렌 필름층이 추가로 적층되는
것을 특징으로 한다.
마지막으로 흡습필름층에 습도지시제가 포함됨을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명으로 인해 포장재 내부의 습도를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있고, 외부의
수분이 내부로 침투되지 못하도록 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한 건조제 성분이 필름에 포함되어 있어, 2차 제품오염의 가능성이 전혀
없게 된다.
또한 기존의 건조제는 부분적인 제습을 하는 것과 달리, 포장재 전체면에서
균일하게 수분을 흡수하므로 물성변화의 가능성이 적다.
또한 습도지시 기능을 부여하여 제품 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있다.
또한 기존 방식의 경우 포장재와 건조제의 공정과정인데 반해, 본
발명은 공정과정을 하나로 단축할 수 있어 관련 비용 및 시간을 단축
할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
기존의 포장재의 경우 수분 흡습을 위해 부직포 파우치에 건조제를 넣어, 이
를 제품과 포장지 안에 넣은 상태로 포장하였지만, 이 경우 고르게 제습이
되지 않고 물성 변화의 가능성과 2차 제품손상의 가능성이 높았다.
따라서 본 발명은 건조제를 필름층안에 넣어, 안정적이고 지속적인 흡습이
가능하고, 물성 변화 등의 가능성을 사전에 차단하는 것이다.
본 발명의 포장재는 PET 필름층, 알루미늄 호일층, 흡습 필름층이 적층되어
이루어진다.
PET필름층은 제품의 가동 및 운반과정 등으로부터 알루미늄 호일층과 흡습
필름층을 보호하기 위한 것이다.
알루미늄 호일층은 수분 투과도가 낮으므로 외부로부터 수분이 포장재 내부
로 침투되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것이다.
흡습 필름층은 포장재와 제품 사이의 수분을 흡수해주고, 외부로부터의
수분을 흡수해주는 역할을 한다. 이러한 흡습 필름층은 폴리에틸렌 수지와
건조제를 혼합하여 필름형태로 성형한다. 건조제는 실리카겔, 알루미나겔,
제올라이트 등이 있다.
이 중 실리카겔은 알갱이 형태로 존재하며, 수분분자와 친화력이 강하다.
알루미나겔은 기계적 강도가 높고, 수분 접촉에 강한 건조제이다.
제올라이트는 상대습도와 관계없이 비교적 높은 흡착율을 유지하며, 온도
에 무관하게 사용 가능하다.
따라서 본 발명에서는 상기 건조제의 특성 및 흡습 능력을 고려하여, 제품에
따라 알맞는 건조제를 선택할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. PET 필름층, 알루미늄 호일층, 흡습 필름층이 순서대로 적층되며,
    상기 알루미늄 호일층과 흡습 필름층 사이에 폴리에틸렌 필름층이 추가로
    적층되고, 흡습 필름층은 열가소성 수지와 건조제를 혼합하여 만든 것임을
    특징으로 하는 수분흡습 필름포장재
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    흡습 필름층에 습도지시제가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습필름 포장재
