Abstract
본 발명은 선별되어 세척된 알로에를 파쇄기를 이용하여 파쇄하는 파쇄단계; 상기 파쇄단계를 거친 파쇄 알로에를 감압추출기를 이용하여 감압추출하는 감압추출단계; 감압추출된 알로에를 살균기에 통과시켜 살균하는 살균단계; 및 살균된 알로에를 포장기에 통과시켜 포장하는 포장단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 선별되어 세척된 알로에를 파쇄기를 이용하여 파쇄하는 파쇄단계;
상기 파쇄단계를 거친 파쇄 알로에를 감압추출기를 이용하여 감압추출하는 감압추출단계;
감압추출된 알로에 엑기스를 살균기에 통과시켜 살균하는 살균단계; 및
살균된 알로에 엑기스를 포장기에 통과시켜 포장하는 포장단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압추출기를 이용한 알로에 엑기스 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감압추출단계는, 파쇄된 알로에가 수용된 감압추출기의 내부를 진공펌프에 의해 감압하는 감압단계와, 상기 감압추출기의 내부를 감압하는 과정 중에 상기 감압추출기의 내부에 질소가스를 충진하는 질소가스충진단계와, 질소가스가 충진된 감압추출기를 스팀을 이용하여 가열하는 가열단계와, 상기 감압추출기로부터 배출되는 과포화증기를 냉각하고, 냉각된 응축수를 저장탱크에 수용하는 응축수저장단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압추출기를 이용한 알로에 엑기스 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 응축수저장단계 이후, 상기 저장탱크에 저장된 응축수를 상기 감압추출기로 유입시키는 순환유입단계;를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압추출기를 이용한 알로에 엑기스 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 감압단계에서는, 상기 감압추출기의 내부를 0.568atm의 진공압으로 하여 상온 60℃에서 비등점을 갖추는 조건을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압추출기를 이용한 알로에 엑기스 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 감압추출기는, 절연처리된 외통체와 상기 외통체의 내측에 수용되게 설치되어 파쇄된 알로에가 유입되는 내통체로 이루어지되 상기 외통체와 내통체 사이에는 상기 내통체의 가열을 위한 스팀이 유입되는 공간부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감압추출기를 이용한 알로에 엑기스 제조방법.
