Claims (17)
- 브루잉 위치(brewing location)에 음료 브루잉 파라미터들을 제공하기 위한 방법으로서,
브루잉 사이트(brewing site)에 브루잉 물질을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 브루잉 물질은 적어도 하나의 브루잉 파라미터와 연관된 것인, 상기 브루잉 물질을 제공하는 단계;
상기 브루잉 사이트에서 음료들을 브루잉하기 위해 사용되는 물의 조성 또는 TDS를 식별하는 단계;
식별된 상기 물 조성 또는 TDS에 의존하는 적어도 하나의 브루잉 파라미터를 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 브루잉 물질과 연관된 상기 적어도 하나의 브루잉 파라미터 및 식별된 상기 물 조성 또는 TDS에 의존하는 상기 적어도 하나의 브루잉 파라미터에 기초하여 음료를 브루잉하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 파라미터는 진공 압력을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 파라미터는 진공 지속기간을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 파라미터는 물 온도, 제공 용량, 스티프 시간(steeping time), 및 브루잉이 완료된 후 고형물들과 액체의 분리로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 물질과 연관된 상기 적어도 하나의 브루잉 파라미터는 패키징 바코드 내에 저장되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식별된 상기 물 조성 또는 TDS에 의존하는 상기 적어도 하나의 브루잉 파라미터는 통신 네트워크를 통해 제공되는, 방법.
- 브루잉 위치의 물 특성들에 의존하여 음료를 브루잉하기 위한 방법으로서,
브루잉 물질을 브루잉 사이트에 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 브루잉 물질은 원하는 상기 음료에 대한 복수의 완전 브루잉 파라미터와 연관된 것인, 상기 브루잉 물질을 브루잉 사이트에 제공하는 단계;
상기 복수의 완전 브루잉 파라미터를 브루잉 디바이스에 업로드하는 단계;
상기 브루잉 디바이스를 통해 상기 브루잉 위치에서 음료를 브루잉하기 위해 사용되는 상기 물에 대응하는 물 조성 또는 TDS 값을 프로그래밍 또는 선택하는 단계;
상기 프로그래밍 또는 선택된 물 조성 또는 TDS에 부합하는 상기 복수의 완전 브루잉 파라미터 중 하나를 식별하는 단계; 및
식별된 상기 완전 브루잉 파라미터에 따라 상기 음료를 브루잉하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 파라미터들은 진공 압력을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 파라미터들은 진공 지속기간을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 브루잉 파라미터들은 물 온도, 제공 용량, 스티프 시간, 및 브루잉 완료 후 고형물들과 액체의 분리로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는, 방법.
