Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 가수분해 축합에 의해 제조된 반응성 오가노폴리실록산으로서, 평균적으로
a) 에폭시, 이소시아네이트, 언히드라이드, 아미노, 카르복시 및 (메트)아크릴레이트 기, 및 이들의 혼합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 분자당 2 이상의 반응성 작용기로서, 반응성 오가노폴리실록산 내에서 규소 원자에 Si-C 결합된 2 이상의 반응성 작용기, 및
b) 메톡시 기를 기초로 하여 계산된 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 총 중량을 기준으로 20 중량% 미만의 농도인 알콕시 기, 및
c) 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 규소 원자에 Si-C 결합된 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기로서, 반응성 오가노폴리실록산 내에서 Si 원자당 1 초과 탄화수소 기의 비로 존재하는 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기
를 함유하는 반응성 오가노폴리실록산. - 제1항에 있어서, 규소 원자에 대한 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기의 비가 1.1 이상 2 미만인 반응성 오가노폴리실록산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규소 원자에 대한 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기의 비가 1.1 이상 1.5 미만인 반응성 오가노폴리실록산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시 기의 중량%가 1% 내지 18%인 반응성 오가노폴리실록산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시 기의 중량%가 2% 내지 15%인 반응성 오가노폴리실록산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 작용기는 에폭시 기, 이소시아네이트 기, 아미노 기 및 언히드라이드 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 반응성 오가노폴리실록산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 작용기는 에폭시 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 반응성 오가노폴리실록산.
- 경화성 조성물로서,
a) 이소시아네이트 기, 에폭시 기 및 메타크릴레이트 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 반응성 기를 보유하는 제1항의 반응성 오가노폴리실록산, 및 각 작용기의 축합을 일으키기에 효과적인 촉매, 또는
b) 제1항의 반응성 오가노폴리실록산, 및 제1항의 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 반응성 작용기와 반응하는 상보적인 반응성 작용기를 보유하는 하나 이상의 경화제, 및 임의로 반응성 작용기와 상보적인 반응성 작용기의 반응을 촉진하기에 효과적인 촉매, 또는
c) 제1항의 제1 반응성 오가노폴리실록산, 및 제1 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 반응성 작용기와 반응하는 상보적 반응성 작용기를 보유하는 제1항의 제2 반응성 오가노폴리실록산, 및 임의로 제1 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 반응성 작용기와 제2 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 반응을 촉진하기에 효과적인 촉매
포함하는 경화성 조성물. - 제8항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 기 및 에폭시 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 반응성 작용기를 보유하는 반응성 오가노폴리실록산, 및 아미노알킬 기를 보유하는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 아미노알킬 기를 보유하는 화합물은 알콕시 기를 실질적으로 보유하지 않는 아미노알킬 작용성 오가노폴리실록산을 포함하는 것인 경화성 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 반응성 오가노폴리실록산은 (메트)아크릴레이트 기를 보유하고, 조성물은
i) (메트)아크릴레이트 기를 중합하기에 효과적인 자유 라디칼 개시제를 더 포함하거나, 또는
ii) Si-H 작용성 가교결합제 및 유효량의 히드로실릴화 촉매를 더 포함하는 것인 경화성 조성물. - 제1항의 반응성 오가노폴리실록산의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 다수의 알콕시실란 또는 이들의 부분 가수분해물, 반응성 작용기를 보유하는 하나 이상의 제1 알콕시실란 또는 제1 부분 가수분해물, 및 1, 2 또는 3의 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기를 보유하는 하나 이상의 제2 알콕시실란 또는 제2 부분 가수분해물을 축합하는 단계로서, 제1 및 제2 알콕시실란 및/또는 이들의 부분 가수분해물의 알콕시 작용가(functionality)가 축합의 완성도와 함께 선택되어, 2 이상의 반응성 작용기, 20 중량% 미만의 알콕시 함량, 및 규소 원자에 대한 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기의 비 > 1을 지닌 반응성 오가노폴리실록산을 제공하는 것인 단계, 또는
b) 실란올-종결되거나 알콕시실릴-종결된 오가노폴리실록산을 반응성 기 함유 실란 또는 이의 부분 가수분해물과, 임의로 또한 1, 2 또는 3의 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기를 보유하는 알콕시실란과 축합하는 단계로서, 제1 및 제2 알콕시실란 및/또는 이의 부분 가수분해물의 알콕시 작용가가 축합의 완성도와 함께 선택되어, 2 이상의 반응성 작용기, 함량 20 중량% 미만의 알콕시 함량, 및 규소 원자에 대한 비반응성의 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 기의 비 > 1을 지닌 반응성 오가노폴리실록산을 제공하는 것인 단계
를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 반응성 기 함유 실란은 반응성 기 함유 트리알콕시실란, 반응성 기 함유 디메톡시실란, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 반응성 오가노폴리실록산은 1% 내지 18%의 알콕시 기 및 규소 원자에 대한 비작용성 탄화수소 기의 비 1.1 내지 2 미만을 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 반응성 기 함유 실란은 에폭시알킬디알콕시메틸실란인 제조 방법.
