Claims (7)
- 딸기속 식물의 염색체에 있어서의 배열 번호 1 로 나타내는 염기 배열 및 배열 번호 10 으로 나타내는 염기 배열 사이에 위치하는 연속되는 핵산 영역으로 이루어지는, 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 핵산 영역은, 배열 번호 1 ∼ 10 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 염기 배열 또는 당해 염기 배열의 일부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 핵산 영역은, 딸기속 식물의 염색체에 있어서의 배열 번호 4 로 나타내는 염기 배열과 배열 번호 8 로 나타내는 염기 배열 사이에 위치하는 영역에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커. - 적어도 일방의 모체가 딸기속 식물인 후대 식물의 염색체 및/또는 당해 모체의 딸기속 식물의 염색체를 추출하는 공정과,
상기에서 얻어진 염색체에 있어서의 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커의 존재ㆍ비존재를 측정하는 공정을 포함하는, 탄저병 저항성이 향상된 딸기속 식물 계통의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 측정하는 공정에서는, 상기 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커를 특이적으로 증폭시키는 프라이머를 사용한 핵산 증폭 반응에 의해 당해 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커의 존재ㆍ비존재를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸기속 식물 계통의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 측정하는 공정에서는, 상기 딸기속 식물 탄저병 저항성 관련 마커에 대응하는 프로브를 구비하는 DNA 칩을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸기속 식물 계통의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 후대 식물은 종자 또는 유묘이고, 당해 종자 또는 유묘로부터 염색체를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸기속 식물 계통의 제조 방법.
