Description
도 1은, 제 1 실시형태에 관련된 부품끼리의 결합 구조가 적용된 차량의 프론트 사이드 도어를 차실내측으로부터 본 측면도이다.
도 2는, 도 1에 나타내어지는 부품끼리의 결합 구조를 차량 상방으로부터 본 단면도(도 1의 A-A선으로 자른 단면도)이다.
도 3은, 제 1 실시형태에 관련된 부품끼리의 결합 방법을 설명하는 제 1 공정 단면도이다.
도 4는, 제 2 공정 단면도이다.
도 5는, 비교예에 관련된 부품끼리의 결합 방법을 설명하는 공정 단면도이다.

Claims (7)
- 부품끼리를 결합시키는 결합부가 마련된 제 1 부품과,
섬유가 다방향으로 배향된 수지 재료에 의해 형성된 제 2 부품과,
당해 제 2 부품과 일체의 수지 재료에 의해 형성되고, 상기 결합부에 밀착하여 당해 결합부에 결합됨과 함께, 상기 섬유가 다방향으로 배향된 피결합부를 구비한 부품끼리의 결합 구조. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부는, 상기 제 1 부품의 일부를 볼록 형상으로 하고, 또한 이 볼록 형상 선단부가 둘레 방향으로 돌출한 구성으로 되고, 상기 피결합부는, 상기 제 2 부품의 일부를 상기 결합부가 수용 가능한 오목 형상으로 하고, 또한 이 오목 형상 바닥부가 이 오목 형상 개구부보다 둘레 방향으로 돌출한 구성으로 되어 있는 부품끼리의 결합 구조. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부는, 상기 제 1 부품의 일부를 오목 형상으로 하고, 또한 이 오목 형상 바닥부가 이 오목 형상 개구부보다 둘레 방향으로 돌출한 구성으로 되고, 상기 피결합부는, 상기 제 2 부품의 일부를 상기 결합부에 수용 가능한 볼록 형상으로 하고, 이 볼록 형상 선단부가 둘레 방향으로 돌출한 구성으로 되어 있는 부품끼리의 결합 구조. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 피결합부의 상기 섬유의 밀도가 균등하게 되어 있는 부품끼리의 결합 구조. - 제 1 부품의 부품끼리를 결합시키는 결합부에, 섬유가 다방향으로 배향된 수지 재료에 의해 형성된 제 2 부품을 가압 성형하고, 당해 제 2 부품에 의해 상기 결합부에 밀착하여 당해 결합부에 결합되는 피결합부를 형성함으로써, 상기 제 1 부품과 상기 제 2 부품을 결합하는 부품끼리의 결합 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 결합부는, 상기 제 1 부품의 일부를 볼록 형상으로 하고, 또한 이 볼록 형상 선단부가 둘레 방향으로 돌출하여 형성되고, 상기 피결합부는, 상기 결합부를 복수의 상기 수지 재료 사이에 끼워 넣고, 당해 수지 재료를 가압 성형함으로써 형성되어 있는 부품끼리의 결합 방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 결합부는, 상기 제 1 부품의 일부를 오목 형상으로 하고, 또한 이 오목 형상 바닥부가 이 오목 형상 개구부보다 둘레 방향으로 돌출하여 형성되고, 상기 피결합부는, 가압 성형에 의해 상기 결합부 내에 상기 수지 재료를 유동시켜 코킹되어 형성되어 있는 부품끼리의 결합 방법.
