- 3층 이상의 적층 구조를 갖는 다층 시트이며,
적어도 1층의 두께 치수가 35㎛ 이상 100㎛ 이하이고, 당해 1층을 구성하는 재료가 165℃에 있어서의 손실 탄젠트 tanδ의 값이 0.18 이상 0.50 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 시트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기한 재료로 이루어지는 층이 표면층이 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 시트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기한 재료로 이루어지는 층이 표면층에 인접한 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 시트. - 박리층, 표하층, 기재층을 이들의 순으로 구비한 다층 시트이며,
상기 표하층은,
두께 치수가 35㎛ 이상 100㎛ 이하이고,
165℃에 있어서의 손실 탄젠트 tanδ의 값이 0.18 이상 0.50 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 시트. - 제4항에 있어서,
