도 2는 본 발명의 한 양태에 따른 산화아연 회수 공정을 설명하는 플로우 차트이다.
Claims (31)
- 금속과 금속 화합물과의 혼합물을 함유하는 공급원료로부터 산화아연을 분리하는 방법으로서,
상기 방법은,
a. 아연이 금속으로서 존재하는 경우, 아연-함유 공급원료를 25wt% 이상의 염기(여기서, 상기 염기는 아연과 착물을 형성하지 않는 양이온을 함유한다)를 함유하는 농축된 무기 염기성 용액으로 침출시키고, 산화시켜 슬러리를 형성하는 단계;
b. 임의로, 상기 슬러리를 상기 슬러리의 점도를 감소시키기에 충분한 양의물로 희석시켜, 불용성 물질들로부터의 용해된 아연 함유 부액(pregnant liquor)의 분리를 촉진시키는 단계;
c. 상기 불용성 물질들을 상기 부액으로부터 분리시키는 단계; 및
d. 반용매(anti-solvent)를 상기 부액에 첨가함에 의해 상기 부액으로부터 산화아연을 침전시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 금속과 금속 화합물과의 혼합물을 함유하는 공급원료로부터 산화아연을 분리하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
e. 상기 침전된 산화아연을 상기 소모된 부액으로부터 회수하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
f. 상기 염기성 용액 및 상기 반용매를 재사용을 위해 재생시키는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
g. a 내지 f 단계를 반복하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침출 단계가, 주위 온도를 초과하고 상기 슬러리의 비점 이하인 온도에서 수행되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침출 단계가 상기 슬러리의 정상 비점을 초과하는 온도 및 1기압 초과의 압력에서 수행되는, 방법.

b. 용해된 아연을 함유하는 상기 부액을 불용성 물질로부터 분리시키는 단계;
c. 상기 부액을 정제하여 상기 염기성 용액 중에 가용성인 비-아연 물질들을 제거하는 단계; 및
d. 상기 부액에 반용매를 첨가함에 의해 상기 정제된 부액으로부터 산화아연을 침전시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 아연-함유 공급원료로부터 아연을 분리시키는 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
e. 상기 소모된 부액으로부터 상기 침전된 산화아연을 회수하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
f. 상기 소모된 부액을 증류 처리함에 의해, 상기 염기성 용액 및 상기 반용매를 재사용을 위해 재생시키는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제21항에 있어서,
g. a 내지 f 단계를 반복하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제19항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 단계가 승온에서 수행되는, 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 용액이 수산화나트륨을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 수산화나트륨 용액이 35중량% 이상의 NaOH를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 반용매가 메탄올을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 부액 1용적마다 약 1 내지 5용적의 반용매가 첨가되는, 방법.
