Claims (2)
- 소결 원료로서, 4.0질량% 이상의 결정수를 함유하는 고결정수 철광석을 포함하는 철광석과, 부 원료와, 연소 반응의 개시 온도가 450℃ 미만인 저온 연소 고체 연료를 10질량% 이상 포함하는 고체 연료를 상기 고결정수 철광석이 상기 소결 원료 중에 30질량% 이상 포함되도록 배합하고,
상기 소결 원료를 드와이트-로이드식 소결기에 장입하고,
상기 소결 원료의 표층부에 착화하고,
상기 소결 원료의 상방으로부터 하방을 향해 공기를 흡인하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 소결광의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저온 연소 고체 연료는, 아역청탄, 갈탄, 또는 상기 아역청탄과 상기 갈탄을 혼합한 혼합탄 중 어느 하나를 건류하여 얻어진 차인 것을 특징으로 하는, 소결광의 제조 방법.
