Claims (10)
- (a) 감귤과피로부터 유기용매를 이용하여 조추출액을 얻는 단계;(b) 상기 조추출액을 건고한 후 물을 넣어 현탁하고, 이를 냉각하여 여과하는 단계; 및(c) 여과 후 남은 고형분을 동결건조하여 조헤스페리딘을 얻는 단계; 및(d) 상기 조헤스페리딘을 물에 현탁시킨 후 pH를 증가시켜 헤스페리딘을 완전히 용해하고, pH를 중성영역으로 감소시켜 헤스페리딘을 결정화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤과피로부터 분리된 헤스페리딘의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,유기용매는 70% 내지 90% 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤과피로부터 분리된 헤스페리딘의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,단계 (c)에서의 헤스페리딘의 용해는 pH 11.0 내지 11.5로 조정하는 것에 의해 완전히 용해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤과피로부터 분리된 헤스페리딘의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,단계 (a)에서 얻은 조추출물에 헥산을 첨가 교반하여 카로티노이드를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 감귤과피로부터 분리된 헤스페리딘의 정제방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,단계 (c)의 결정화 과정은 2회 반복실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤과피로부터 분리된 헤스페리딘의 정제방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 의해 얻은 헤스페리딘에 베타-시클로덱스트린을 포접한 후, 여기에 당전이효소를 반응시켜 얻어진 당부가 헤스페리딘을 활성성분으로 함유하는 항비만억제용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 베타-시클로덱스트린을 헤스페리딘의 중량을 기준으로 2.5 내지 3.5 중량부 첨가하여 반응시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 항비만억제용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 당부가 헤스페리딘은물에 베타-시클로덱스트린을 헤스페리딘의 중량을 기준으로 3 내지 9 중량부 첨가하여 용해한 후, 용액의 pH를 11.0 내지 11.5로 조정하여 헤스페리딘을 완전히 용해하는 단계;pH를 4.5 내지 5.0으로 조정하고 냉각한 후, 침전물을 제거하여 여액을 얻는 단계; 및여액에 당전이효소를 첨가하여 당전이 반응시켜 얻은 것을 특징으로 하는 항비만억제용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,베타-시클로덱스트린을 헤스페리딘의 중량을 기준으로 2.5 내지 3.5 중량부 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항비만억제용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,효소는 시클로덱스트린 글루카노트랜스퍼라제인 것을 특징으로 하는 항비만억제용 조성물.
