- 제2항에 있어서, X1 과 X2는 함께 3, 4와 5위치의 불소기를 나타내고 IPS 모드의 액정화합물로 사용되는 식a의 화합물
- 제2항에 있어서, X1 과는 X2는 함께 2와 3위치에 불소기를 나타내고 VA 모드의 액정화합물로 사용되는 식a의 화합물
