Claims (9)
- RFID 태그(100)에 토핑고무를 덧씌워 매설한 RFID 태그 매설 타이어로서,상기 RFID 태그(100)의 지향성이 향상되도록 상기 RFID 태그(100)의 타이어 외측 방향에 덧씌워지는 제1토핑고무(210)는 상기 RFID 태그(100)의 타이어 내측 방향에 덧씌워지는 제2토핑고무(220)와는 다른 유전율을 가진 고무조성물로 형성하되,상기 제1토핑고무(210)의 유전율이 상기 제2토핑고무(220)의 유전율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1토핑고무(210)의 유전율은 상기 제2토핑고무(220)의 유전율의 11배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1토핑고무(210) 및 제2토핑고무(220)는, 원료고무 100중량부에 필러 35~75중량부를 혼합하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 원료고무로는 천연고무 또는 합성고무를 단독으로 사용하거나, 천연고 무와 합성고무를 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 필러로는 실리카, 카본블랙, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 산화철 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 무기계 필러 또는 통상의 고무조성물용 첨가제로 사용되는 유기계 필러를 단독으로 사용하거나, 무기계 필러와 유기계 필러를 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 RFID 태그(100)의 내측 부분에 전파흡수성분을 포함하는 고무재질의 흡수체가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 RFID 태그(100)는 상기 타이어(200)의 숄더 내부, 에이펙스의 내부 또는 사이드 월과 인너라이너 사이 중 어느 일측에 매설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 RFID 태그(100)는, 타이어를 성형하는 도중에 매설되거나, 그린 타이어를 가황하는 도중 또는 가황 직후에 매설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 타이어(200)는 승용차용 타이어(PC Tire), 경트럭용 타이어(LT Tire), 트럭버스용 타이어(TB Tire), 중하중용 타이어(HD Tire), 건설용 타이어(ID Tire), 농기계용 타이어(AG Tire), 항공기용 타이어(AC Tire) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 태그 매설 타이어.
