Claims (6)
- 입력되는 구동 신호(SHR, SHG, SHB)에 따라 적(R), 녹(G) 또는 청(B)의 소정의 색으로 발광하는 발광소자(EL)를 포함하는 복수의 화소(Z)를 가지는 화상 표시장치의 색밸런스 조정방법에 있어서,
상기 발광소자(EL)의 발광 조정에 관한 정보를 취득하는 스텝과,
상기 발광 조정에 관한 정보에 근거하여, RGB의 색마다의 상기 구동 신호(SHR, SHG, SHB)로 나눠지기 전에 RGB 신호(S22)의 레벨을 변화시키는 스텝과,
상기 RGB 신호(S22)를 구성하는 시계열의 화소 데이터를 색마다 분리하고, 상기 구동 신호(SHR, SHG, SHB)를 생성하고, 대응하는 상기 화소(Z)에 공급하는 스텝을 포함한 화상 표시장치의 색밸런스 조정방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 RGB 신호(S22)의 레벨을 변화시키는 스텝에서는, 화상신호(SIN)를 신호 처리하고 상기 구동 신호(SHR, SHG, SHB)를 생성하는 회로(2) 내의 회로블록(21)에 공급되고 상기 발광소자(EL)의 휘도에 비례하는 직류 전압(VREF)의 레벨(VO~V5)을 변화시키는 화상 표시장치의 색밸런스 조정방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,

상기 발광 조정에 관한 정보를 취득하는 스텝이,
화소(Z)의 휘도와 함께 변화하는 값을 각 색의 화소(Z)로부터 검출하는 스텝과,
미리 요구하여 둔, 상기 변화하는 값과 상기 RGB 신호(S22)의 레벨 조정량의 대응에 근거하여, 상기 변화하는 값으로부터 상기 RGB 신호(S22)의 레벨 조정량을 결정하는 스텝을 포함하는 화상 표시장치의 색밸런스 조정방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발광 조정에 관한 정보를 취득하는 스텝이,
화소(Z)의 누적 발광 시간을 카운트 하는 스텝과,
미리 요구하여 둔 상기 누적 발광 시간과 상기 RGB 신호(S22)의 레벨 조정량의 대응에 근거하여, 현재의 화소(Z)의 누적 발광시간으로부터 상기 RGB신호(S22)의 레벨 조정량을 결정하는 스텝을 포함하는 화상 표시장치의 색밸런스 조정방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발광소자(EL)가 유기 전계 발광소자인 화상 표시장치의 색밸런스 조정방법.
