도 3은 제 1 실시형태에 관한 시스템 시동 시의 처리 플로우를 나타내는 플로우차트,
도 4는 제 2 실시형태에 관한 연료전지시스템의 구성도,
도 5는 제 2 실시형태에 관한 시스템 정지 시의 처리 플로우를 나타내는 플로우차트,
도 6은 제 3 실시형태에 관한 연료전지시스템의 구성도,
도 7은 제 3 실시형태에 관한 시스템 정지 시의 처리 플로우를 나타내는 플로우차트이다.
Claims (6)
- 저온 시동 시, 연료전지의 관련 온도가 기준 온도에 도달할 때까지 난기운전을 행하는 연료전지시스템에 있어서,
시스템 시동 시에 저온 시동해야 할지의 여부를 판정하는 제 1 판정수단과,
전회의 시스템 정지 시에 실시된 소기처리가 불충분하였는지의 여부를 판정하는 제 2 판정수단과,
상기 각 판정수단에 의해, 저온 시동해야 하고, 또한, 전회의 시스템 정지 시에 실시된 소기처리가 불충분하였다고 판정된 경우에는, 상기 연료전지의 관련 온도가, 상기 기준 온도보다 높은 목표 온도에 도달할 때까지 난기운전을 계속하는 운전제어수단과,
시스템 정지 시에 소기처리를 행하는 소기수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 운전제어수단은, 상기 난기운전을 종료한 후에 통상 운전으로 이행하고,
상기 난기운전은, 상기 통상 운전에 비하여 전력손실이 큰 저효율 운전인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
시스템 정지 시의 상기 연료전지의 임피던스를 측정하는 임피던스 측정수단을 더 구비하고,
상기 제 2 판정수단은, 전회 시스템 정지 시에 측정된 상기 연료전지의 임피던스에 의거하여, 상기 소기처리가 불충분하였는지의 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 시스템 정지 시의 소기시간을 측정하는 소기시간 측정수단을 더 구비하고,
상기 제 2 판정수단은, 전회 시스템 정지 시에 측정된 상기 소기시간에 의거하여, 상기 소기처리가 불충분하였는지의 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
시스템 정지 시의 상기 연료전지의 잔수량을 추정하는 추정수단을 더 구비하고,
상기 제 2 판정수단은, 전회 시스템 정지 시에 추정된 상기 연료전지의 잔수량에 의거하여, 상기 소기처리가 불충분하였는지의 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 연료전지의 관련 온도는, 외기 온도, 연료전지 주변의 부품 온도, 연료전지의 냉매 온도 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 판정수단은, 상기 연료전지의 관련 온도에 의거하여 저온 시동해야 할지의 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지시스템.
