Claims (4)
- 반도체나 기타 부품을 대량으로 제조하는 공정 중 도금공정 등의 처리공정을 자동화된 인라인 공정에서 벨트 본체에 일정 피치 간격으로 핑거를 결합 설치하여 스트립 형태 부품을 파지한 상태로 이송용으로 활용되는 스트립형태 부품의 이송용 벨트에 있어서,상기 벨트 본체의 일 측에 일정 피치 간격으로 복수 개의 통전 접속부를 별도로 마련하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립형태 부품의 이송용 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통전 접속부는 상기 벨트 본체로부터 연장 형성되어지되,측면에서 볼 때 어느 한 방향으로 절곡된 상부의 제1절곡부와 상기 제1절곡부와는 반대 방향으로 절곡된 하부의 제2절곡부가 각각 연장 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립형태 부품의 이송용 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통전 접속부는 상기 벨트 본체로부터 연장 형성되어지되,정면에서 볼 때 상부엔 폭이 넓게 형성한 광폭부와 하부엔 상기 광폭부보다 폭이 좁게 형성한 협폭부가 연장 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립형태 부품의 이송용 벨트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 통전접속부는 상기 벨트 본체의 하부에 일정 피치 간격으로 다수를 마련하되,각각의 상기 통전접속부에 형성한 상기 제2절곡부가 스트립 형태 부품의 절단여유부와의 접점을 이루도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립형태 부품의 이송용 벨트.
