Claims (12)
- 4,4'-티오비스페놀의 히드록시기와 에폭시 수지의 에폭시기가 결합하여 중합된 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지는 4,4'-티오비스페놀 100중량부를 기준으로 100∼2000중량부가 중합된 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지는 비스페놀에이 에폭시(BPA-Epoxy), 비스페놀에프 에폭시(BPF-Epoxy), 비스페놀에스 에폭시(BPS-Epoxy), 비스페놀에이디 에폭시(BPAD-Epoxy), 비스페놀엠 에폭시(BPM-Epoxy), 페놀 노볼락 에폭시(Phenol Novolac Epoxy), 크레졸 노볼락 에폭시(Cresol Novolac Epoxy), 비피에이 노볼락 에폭시(BPA Novolac Epoxy), 고무변성 에폭시, 지방산 변성 에폭시, 우레탄 변성 에폭 시 및 실란 변성 에폭시 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지.
- 4,4'-티오비스페놀과; 에피클로로히드린 또는 에폭시수지를 혼합하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물에 염기성 촉매 또는 인계 촉매를 첨가하고 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지는 비스페놀에이 에폭시(BPA-Epoxy), 비스페놀에프 에폭시(BPF-Epoxy), 비스페놀에스 에폭시(BPS-Epoxy), 비스페놀에이디 에폭시(BPAD-Epoxy), 비스페놀엠 에폭시(BPM-Epoxy), 페놀 노볼락 에폭시(Phenol Novolac Epoxy), 크레졸 노볼락 에폭시(Cresol Novolac Epoxy), 비피에이 노볼락 에폭시(BPA Novolac Epoxy), 고무변성 에폭시, 지방산 변성 에폭시, 우레탄 변성 에폭시 및 실란 변성 에폭시 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 비페닐 설파이드와 에피클로로히드린의 몰비는 1:1∼30인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 염기성 촉매는 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화리튬, 탄산나트륨, 규산나트륨, 메타규산나트륨, 테트라메틸암모늄 수산화물, 히드라진 및 피리딘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지의 사용량은 4,4'-티오비스페놀 100중량부를 기준으로 100∼2000중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 9항에 있어서,상기 인계 촉매는 에틸트리페닐포스포늄 아이오다이드(ETPPI)인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 중합은 저급알콜을 용제로 사용하는 용제중합법에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 저급알콜은 이소프로필 알코올, 노르말 부탄올, 에탄올 및 메탄올로 이 루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 고굴절률 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
