Claims (5)
- n상(n은 정의 정수)의 브러시레스 모터 장치에 있어서,고정적으로 배치된 스테이터와,상기 스테이터가 복수의 여자 패턴에 의해 순차적으로 여자됨에 의해 회전하는, 소정의 극수를 갖는 로터와,상기 로터의 회전축에 직교하는 면에 고착되고, 해당 로터의 2배의 극수를 갖는 자극위치 검출용 마그넷과,상기 자극위치 검출용 마그넷에 대향하도록 배치되어 상기 로터의 자극 위치를 검출하는 n개의 메인 홀 소자와,상기 자극위치 검출용 마그넷에 대향하고, 또한 상기 메인 홀 소자에 대해 둘레 방향으로 소정의 오프셋을 갖도록 배치되어 상기 로터의 자극 위치를 검출하는 n개의 서브 홀 소자와,상기 메인 홀 소자의 출력 패턴의 변화에 따라 「2」를 카운트하는 메인 카운트부와,소정 타이밍에서 상기 메인 홀 소자의 출력 패턴과 상기 서브 홀 소자의 출력 패턴이 같은 경우에 「1」을 카운트하는 서브 카운트부와,상기 메인 카운트부 및 상기 서브 카운트부에서 카운트된 값에 따라 상기 로터의 회전을 제어하는 제어부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,메인 홀 소자에 대한 서브 홀 소자의 오프셋의 양은, 자극위치 검출용 마그넷의 한 쌍의 S극 및 N극이 형성한 기계각의 1/4인 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,n은 「3」이고, 로터의 극수는 「12」이고, 메인 홀 소자에 대한 서브 홀 소자의 오프셋의 양은 기계각으로 「2.5°」인 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,메인 카운트부는, 메인 홀 소자의 출력 신호의 상승 및 하강의 에지에서 카운트를 행하고,서브 카운트부는, 소정 시간 간격으로 카운트를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터 장치.
- n상(n은 정의 정수)의 브러시레스 모터 장치에 있어서,고정적으로 배치된 스테이터와,상기 스테이터가 복수의 여자 패턴에 의해 순차적으로 여자됨에 의해 회전하는, 소정의 극수를 갖는 로터와,상기 로터의 회전축의 주위에 형성된, 또는, 상기 로터의 회전축에 직교하는 면에 고착된 상기 로터의 극수와 같은 극수를 갖는 자극위치 검출용 마그넷과,상기 자극위치 검출용 마그넷에 대향하도록 배치되어 상기 로터의 자극 위치를 검출하는 n개의 메인 홀 소자와,상기 자극위치 검출용 마그넷에 대향하고, 또한 상기 메인 홀 소자에 대해 둘레 방향으로 소정의 오프셋을 갖도록 배치되어 상기 로터의 자극 위치를 검출하는 n개의 서브 홀 소자와,상기 메인 홀 소자의 출력 패턴의 변화에 따라 2를 카운트하는 메인 카운트부와,소정 타이밍에서 상기 메인 홀 소자의 출력 패턴과 상기 서브 홀 소자의 출력 패턴이 같은 경우에 1을 카운트하는 서브 카운트부와,상기 메인 카운트부 및 상기 서브 카운트부에서 카운트된 값에 따라 상기 로터의 회전을 제어하는 제어부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시레스 모터 장치.
