Claims (13)
- 금형 표면에 레이저를 이용하여 입체 구조물을 덧 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형 표면은 평면 또는 요철면인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 입체 구조물은 돌기 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물, 볼록 렌즈 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형 표면이 요철면이고,상기 입체 구조물은 돌기 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물이며,상기 돌기 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물이 상기 요철면의 요면(凹面)에 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 돌기 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물은 돌기들의 평균 직경을 D, 돌기들의 평균 높이를 H, 이웃한 돌기들간의 평균 간격을 P라 할 때, 80×H1/3 ≤ P ≤ 200×H1/3 및 0.1×D ≤ H ≤ D을 만족하도록 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 돌기 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물은 광학 필름의 폭 방향을 따라 레이저의 초기 위상을 변화시키면서 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형 표면이 요철면이고,상기 입체 구조물은 볼록 렌즈 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물이며,상기 볼록 렌즈 형상을 갖는 입체 구조물은 상기 요철면의 철면(凸面)에 덧가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형 표면에 레이저를 이용하여 입체 구조물을 덧 가공하는 단계 이전에 바이트 가공 또는 비드 샌딩을 통해 볼록 렌즈 형상의 입체 구조물을 음각하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형 표면에 레이저를 이용하여 입체 구조물을 덧 가공하는 단계는 2회 이상 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형은 평판형, 무한궤도형 또는 드럼형인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형은 니켈, 크롬 또는 세라믹 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금형은 폴리머 또는 실리카 코팅된 폴리머 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 요철면 형상은 렌티큘러 렌즈, 프리즘, 마이크로 렌즈 어레이 또는 프레넬 렌즈 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름용 금형의 제조 방법.
