Claims (10)
- 모노-페길화된(mono-PEgylated) bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor) 변이체 있어서, 상기 bFGF 변이체는 그의 N-말단 또는 C-말단에 추가적인 Cys 잔기를 포함하며 상기 추가적인 Cys 잔기는 PEG(polyethylene glycol) 단일 분자와 컨쥬게이션된 것을 특징으로 하는 모노-페길화된(mono-PEgylated) bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor) 변이체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추가적인 Cys 잔기는 서열목록 제1서열의 네이티브(native) bFGF의 C-말단에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노-페길화된 bFGF 변이체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 bFGF 변이체는 서열목록 제1서열의 78번째 Cys 잔기 및 96번째 Cys 잔기가 다른 아미노산으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 모노-페길화된 bFGF 변이체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PEG는 2000-50,000 Da의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징 으로 하는 모노-페길화된 bFGF 변이체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 PEG는 2000-8000 Da의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노-페길화된 bFGF 변이체.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 모노-페길화된 bFGF 변이체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 상태의 개선용 조성물.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 모노-페길화된 bFGF 변이체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 창상 치료용 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 약제학적 조성물 또는 화장료 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 약제학적 조성물 또는 화장료 조성물인 것 을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 피부 상태의 개선은 주름개선, 피부탄력 개선, 피부노화 방지, 탈모 방지 또는 발모촉진, 피부보습 개선, 검버섯 제거 또는 여드름 치료인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
