Claims (8)
- 配列番号1から、28番目のアスパラギン酸(D)がグルタミン酸(E)に置換されるか、
78番目のシステイン(C)がイソロイシン(I)またはロイシン(L)に置換されるか、
96番目のシステイン(C)がイソロイシン(I)またはトリプトファン(W)に置換されるものの中から選択された少なくとも一つ以上の置換を含み、
FGF2活性を有する温度安定性が向上した(熱に安定な)、ポリペプチド。 - 137番目のセリン(S)がプロリン(P)にさらに置換された温度安定性が向上した、請求項1に記載のポリペプチド。
- 前記置換は2個、3個または4個である温度安定性が向上した、請求項2に記載のポリペプチド。
- 前記28番目のアスパラギン酸(D)がグルタミン酸(E)に置換され、
前記78番目のシステイン(C)がイソロイシン(I)またはロイシン(L)に置換され、
前記96番目のシステイン(C)がイソロイシン(I)に置換され、
前記137番目のセリン(S)がプロリン(P)に置換された温度安定性が向上した、請求項3に記載のポリペプチド。 - 前記28番目のアスパラギン酸(D)がグルタミン酸(E)に置換され、
前記78番目のシステイン(C)がイソロイシン(I)に置換され、
前記96番目のシステイン(C)がイソロイシン(I)に置換され、
前記137番目のセリン(S)がプロリン(P)に置換された温度安定性が向上した、請求項3に記載のポリペプチド。 - 前記温度安定性が向上したポリペプチドは前記配列番号1またはその断片と少なくとも85%以上の配列相同性を有する温度安定性が向上した、請求項1に記載のポリペプチド。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項による温度安定性が向上したポリペプチド、および、
薬剤学的にまたは化粧用に許容可能な担体を含む、組成物。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項による温度安定性が向上したポリペプチドを有効成分として含む、ヒト多能性幹細胞培養培地。
