Claims (8)
- 식품을 처리한 미생물 채취용액을, 중공사막을 이용한 한외여과방법으로 여과하는 단계를 포함하는, 식품에서 미생물을 회수 및 농축하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물 채취용액은 증류수, 쇠고기 육즙(Beef extract) 용액, 글리신과 NaCl의 혼합용액, 류신(leucine) 용액 및 Tris-HCl 용액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 용액으로 식품을 처리한 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물 채취용액은 0.05 내지 0.5M 농도의 글리신과 NaCl 혼합용액, 또는 1중량% 내지 5 중량%의 쇠고기 육즙 용액인 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 한외여과단계를 수행하기 전에, 우태아혈청(bovine calf serum), NaPP, 글리신이 첨가된 FBS, 쇠고기 육즙(Beef extract), 우혈청 알부민(bovine serum albumin, BSA), 및 영양 배양액(nutrient broth)로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 차단용액으로 상기 중공사막을 전처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 박테리오파지, 바이러스, 세균, 원핵생물 및 포자로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 바이러스는 로타바이러스 및 노로바이러스로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 1 내지 1x102 CFU 농도로 식품에 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 회수 및 농축된 미생물 시료를 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용하여 대상 미생물을 유무를 탐지하는 단계를 포함하는 식품에 존재하는 미생물의 검출방법.
