Claims (9)
- 분말활성탄 처리조, 혼화응집조, 침지식 막여과조의 순으로 구성된 막여과 고도정수처리 공정에서, 분말활성탄 흡착을 통하여 맛, 냄새 유발물질과 미량 유기화합물질을 제거하고, 고도응집(enhanced coagulation)을 통하여 소독부산물 전구물질 및 색도, 콜로이드성 고형물질을 응집처리하며, 침지식 막여과 공정에서 분말활성탄 입자와 응집 플록(floc), 병원성 세균 및 바이러스 등을 분리 제거하는 것에 있어서,상기 침지식 막여과조는 공칭공경 0.04 ㎛, 내부 강화지지층을 갖는 PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) 재질의 중공사 한외여과(UF) 막을 여과조 내에 침지시켜 여과하는 것으로, 10 ~ 14분 여과, 15초 ~ 30초 역세정을 주기적으로 자동 반복하는 여과방식으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 침지식 막여과 고도정수처리 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼화응집조는 황산, 수산화나트륨 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종으로 이루어진 pH조정제로 유입수의 pH를 조정한 후 백반(alum), 폴리알루미늄 클로라이드(PACL, Polyaluminium Chloride)중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종으로 이루어진 응집제를 주입하는 급속혼화조(rapid mixing tank)와 생성된 플록(floc)을 완속교반하여 성장시키는 플록형성조(flocculation tank)로 구성되며, pH 5~9의 조건에서 응집처리하여 소독부산물 전구물질 등 용존성 유기물을 응집제거함을 특징으로 하는 고도응집(enhanced coagulation) 처리 공정에 의한 침지식 막여과 고도정수처리 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 침지식 막여과조는 침지형 중공사 막이 설치된 여과조(1), 막세정을 위한 처리수 저장탱크(Permeate storage tank)(2), 여과펌프(permeate pump)(3), 배수펌프(reject pump)(4), 블로어(blower)(5), 공압 솔레노이드 자동밸브(pneumatic solenoid valve)(11, 12, 13, 14, 15)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침지식 막여과조를 이용한 고도정수처리 방법.

- 제 5항에 있어서, 침지식 막여과조는 막 파울링 방지를 위하여 연속적인 공기세정(air scouring), 여과주기에 따른 역세정(backwashing), 산 또는 알칼리제 약품을 이용한 주기적 유지세정(maintenance cleaning)을 병행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침지식막여과 고도정수처리 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 공기세정에 따른 공기소요량 및 동력비 절감을 위하여 막여과 공정 내 공기공급 계통을 양분하고 주기적인 밸브개폐에 의하여 공기를 교대로 주입하는 사이클릭 공기세정(cyclic air scouring) 하여 이루어진 침지식 막여과 고도정수처리 방법
