Claims (9)
- 보리, 보리겨, 쌀겨, 늙은 호박, 무우, 콩나물 머리 및 물을 포함하는 성분을 90~110℃에서 1~3시간 동안 가열하여 제조되는 양질의 마블링을 형성하기 위한 무항생제 소사료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소사료에 아미노산, 무기염료, 비타민, 항생물질, 효소 및 살아있는 미생물제제를 포함한 보조제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무항생제 소사료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 보리 100 중량부(w/w)를 기준으로, 보리겨 50 내지 200 중량부, 쌀겨 50 내지 200 중량부, 늙은 호박 50 내지 200 중량부, 무우 50 내지 200 중량부, 콩나물 머리 50 내지 200 중량부 및 물 3000 내지 10000 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 무항생제 소사료.
- 제 3항에서 있어서, 보리 100 중량부(w/w)를 기준으로, 보리겨 100 중량부, 쌀겨 100 중량부, 늙은 호박 100 중량부, 무우 100 중량부, 콩나물 머리 100 중량 부 및 물 6700 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 무항생제 소사료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항의 무항생제 소사료를 이용한 소 사육방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 소 사육방법은ⅰ) 갓 태어난 송아지에게 4~6개월 까지 어미젖을 수유하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 수유 이후에 하절기 동안 일반풀/잡초, 이탈리아 그라스, 옥수수 엔시리즈 및 총채보리(원형 베일러)를 포함하는 풀 사료를 제공하는 단계; 및ⅲ) ⅰ) 단계의 상기 수유 이후에 동절기 동안 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항의 무항생제 소사료를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 소 사육방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 ⅱ) 단계 및 ⅲ) 단계의 사료 제공은 송아지 3~4년 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소 사육방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 ⅲ) 단계의 사료 제공은 오전 8시 및 오후 6시에 이 루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소 사육방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소 사육방법은직사광선이 비치고, 통풍이 자유로우며, 5 내지 30℃의 사육환경하에서,소를 6시에 기상시키고, 8시에 아침식사를 제공하며, 점심식사는 주지 않으며, 6시에 저녁식사를 제공하고, 아침 8시부터 저녁 5시까지 디스코, 트로트 및 고전음악 중에서 선택된 음악을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소 사육방법.
