Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 폴리L-젖산으로 이루어지는 수지에 기능성 필러를 배합하고, 개구부를 열처리하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리젖산이 60,000∼80,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기능성 필러가, 2∼4개의 수산기를 갖는 화합물에 D-젖산을 1∼100분자 그래프트 중합시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 화합물이 다당 또는 올리고당에서 선택되는 당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 올리고당이 5탄당인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 화합물이 실리카 나노 입자로 이루어지는 무기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 화합물이 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 트리메틸올프로판 또는 펜타에리트리톨에서 선택되는 유기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 D-젖산은 30∼50분자를 그래프트 중합시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기능성 필러가, 4개의 수산기를 갖는 펜타에리트리톨에 D-젖산을 50분자 그래프트 중합시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기능성 필러의 배합량이 상기 폴리L-젖산에 대해 5∼20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 기능성 필러의 배합량이 상기 폴리L-젖산에 대해 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,시차 주사 열량계 측정에서, 폴리L-젖산으로 이루어지는 수지의 단체(單體)의 융점 이외에 융점 피크를 1 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리폼을 블로우 성형하여 이루어지는 중공 성형품.
- 폴리L-젖산으로 이루어지는 수지에 기능성 필러를 배합하고, 기능성 필러를 배합한 당해 수지를 압출 성형 또는 사출 성형하여 수지의 성형체를 제작하고, 당해 성형체의 개구부를 열처리하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
