Description
該成形体は、4モル%未満のD-乳酸を含むポリ-L-乳酸からなり、該ポリ乳酸樹脂を射出時間14〜16secで射出成形した後、少なくとも一部分に、樹脂表面温度100〜120℃で時間2.5〜10minにて結晶化を行うことによって、示差走査熱量計(DSC)による昇温チャートにおいて、結晶化熱量/融解熱量(│ΔHc│/ΔHm)が0.7以下である結晶化領域を形成することを特徴とする生分解性成形体である。
前記ポリ乳酸樹脂は、4モル%未満のD-乳酸を含むポリ-L-乳酸からなり、該ポリ乳酸樹脂を射出時間14〜16secで射出成形した後、少なくとも一部分に、樹脂表面温度100〜120℃で時間2.5〜10minにて結晶化を行うことによって、示差走査熱量計(DSC)による昇温チャートにおいて、結晶化熱量/融解熱量(│ΔHc│/ΔHm)が0.7以下である結晶化領域を備えた未延伸加工部を形成し、
前記延伸加工が、2軸延伸ブロー成形であり、前記未延伸加工部が容器の口部である生分解性容器である。
Claims (1)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂からなる成形体を延伸加工することによって最終形状となした生分解性容器であって、
前記ポリ乳酸樹脂は、4モル%未満のD-乳酸を含むポリ-L-乳酸からなり、該ポリ乳酸樹脂を射出時間14〜16secで射出成形した後、少なくとも一部分に、樹脂表面温度100〜120℃で時間2.5〜10minにて結晶化を行うことによって、示差走査熱量計(DSC)による昇温チャートにおいて、結晶化熱量/融解熱量(│ΔHc│/ΔHm)が0.7以下である結晶化領域を備えた未延伸加工部を形成し、
前記延伸加工が、2軸延伸ブロー成形であり、前記未延伸加工部が容器の口部である生分解性容器。
