Description
Claims (5)
- 세포 및/또는 조직을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 장치로서,상기 배양물을 수용하는 배양기부(培養器部)와,상기 배양기부의 내외를 관통시킨 레버(lever)를 구비하고,상기 레버를 조작해서 상기 배양물에 변위를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 세포 및/또는 조직을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 장치로서,상기 배양물을 탑재하는 베드(bed)와,상기 베드와 함께 상기 배양물을 수용하는 배양기부와,상기 배양기부의 내외를 관통시킨 레버와, 상기 레버를 조작해서 상기 베드를 밀어, 상기 베드의 만곡(彎曲) 변형에 의해 상기 배양물에 변위를 부여하는 구동 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 레버는, 상기 배양기부의 벽부(壁部) 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점(支點)을 중심으로 원호(圓弧) 운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 세포 및/또는 조직을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 장치로서,상기 배양물을 탑재하는 베드와,상기 베드와 함께 상기 배양물을 수용하는 배양기부와,상기 배양기부의 내외를 관통해서, 상기 배양기부의 벽부 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점을 중심으로 원호 운동하는 것이 가능한 레버와,상기 레버를 조작해서 상기 베드에 신축력(伸縮力)을 부여하여, 상기 베드의 신축 변형에 의해 상기 배양물을 신축시키는 구동 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 세포 및/또는 조직을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 방법으로서,배양기부에 상기 배양물을 수용하여, 상기 배양기부의 내외를 관통하는 레버에, 상기 배양기부의 벽부 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점을 중심으로 원호 운동을 부여하고, 이 원호 운동에 의해서 상기 배양물에 굽힘 변위를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 방법.
