Claims (5)
- 세포 또는 조직 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 장치로서,상기 배양물을 수용하는 배양기부(培養器部)와,상기 배양기부의 벽부(壁部)를 관통하여, 상기 배양기부의 외측으로부터 내측에 도달하고, 상기 배양기부의 상기 벽부 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점(支點)을 중심으로 원호(圓弧) 운동하는 레버(lever)를 구비하고,상기 레버의 상기 원호 운동에 의해 상기 배양물에 대한 굽힘을 반복하여, 상기 배양물에, 상기 굽힘을 반복하는 것에 의한 굽힘 변위를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 세포 또는 조직 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 장치로서,상기 배양물을 탑재하는 베드(bed)와,상기 베드와 함께 상기 배양물을 수용하는 배양기부와,상기 배양기부의 벽부를 외측으로부터 내측으로 관통하여, 상기 배양기부의 상기 벽부 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점을 중심으로 원호 운동하는 레버와,상기 레버의 상기 원호 운동에 의해 상기 베드를 반복해서 눌러서, 상기 베드의 만곡(彎曲) 변형을 반복하고, 상기 배양물에, 상기 만곡 변형을 반복하는 것에 의한 굽힘 변위를 부여하는 구동 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 배양기부 내에 압력을 가하는 압력 장치를 더 구비하고,상기 배양기부에 다이아프램부를 구비하여, 상기 압력 장치는 상기 다이아프램부를 통해서 상기 배양기부 내에 압력을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 세포 또는 조직 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 장치로서,상기 배양물을 탑재하는 베드와,상기 베드와 함께 상기 배양물을 수용하는 배양기부와,상기 배양기부의 벽부를 관통하여, 상기 배양기부의 외측으로부터 내측에 도달하고, 상기 배양기부의 상기 벽부 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점을 중심으로 원호 운동하는 것이 가능하고, 일단(一端)이 상기 베드의 일단에 부착되어 있는 레버와,상기 레버의 상기 원호 운동에 의해, 상기 베드에 신축력(伸縮力)을 부여하여, 상기 베드의 신축 변형에 의해 상기 배양물을 신축시키는 구동 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 장치.
- 세포 또는 조직 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 배양물의 배양 방법으로서,배양기부에 상기 배양물을 수용하는 단계와,상기 배양기부의 벽부를 관통하여, 상기 배양기부의 외측으로부터 내측에 도달하는 레버에, 상기 배양기부의 벽부 또는 그 근방에 설정된 지점을 중심으로 원호 운동을 부여하는 단계와,상기 레버의 원호 운동에 의해 상기 배양물에 대한 굽힘을 반복하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 배양물에 상기 굽힘을 반복하는 것에 의한 굽힘 변위를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양 방법.
