Claims (7)
- 삽통구로부터 삽입되는 광섬유용 모재를 가열하는 가열로에 있어서,상기 광섬유용 모재와 상기 삽입구의 공극을 씰링하는 환상 씰링체를 가지고,상기 환상 씰링체는 서로 적층된 복수의 환상 원반을 가지고,상기 복수의 환상 원반의 각각은 그 중심부에 형성된 삽입공과, 상기 삽입공의 내연으로부터 외주측을 향해 형성된 복수의 슬릿과, 상기 복수의 슬릿에 의해 구획되고, 또한 상기 삽입공에 삽입되는 상기 광섬유용 모재의 간섭에 의해 휘는 복수의 가요성 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬릿은 상기 환상 원반의 둘레 방향으로 등간격으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬릿은 상기 환상 원반의 삽입공의 내연으로부터 반경 방향을 향해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 환상 원반 중의 하나의 환상 원반에 있어서의 상기 슬릿의 위치가, 당해 하나의 환상 원반과 서로 이웃하는 환상 원반의 상기 슬릿의 위치와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 환상 원반은 각각 동일 구조를 가지고,상기 복수의 환상 원반 중의 하나의 환상 원반에 있어서의 상기 슬릿의 위치가, 당해 하나의 환상 원반과 서로 이웃하는 환상 원반의 상기 슬릿의 위치와 다르도록 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제1항에 있어서,복수의 상기 환상 씰링체를 동축상에 배치하고,불활성 가스를 받아들이기 위해 상기 복수의 환상 씰링체 사이에 스페이서를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 환상 원반은 탄소-탄소 복합체, 흑연 시트, 및 내열성 금속의 어느 하나로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로.
