Claims (5)
- 가공공구(20)를 통해 워크(work)에 가공처리를 실시할 때, 흔들림(fluttering)이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 작업기계의 흔들림 방지장치로서,상기 가공공구(20)를 주축(主軸)(18)측에 장착하기 위해, 상기 주축(18)의 축방향에 평행한 축선을 갖는 복수의 볼트부재(24a∼24d)를 구비하고,상기 볼트부재(24a∼24d)는, 상기 주축(18)측에 감겨들어가는 나사부(30)를 갖는 본체부(32)와,상기 본체부(32) 안에 형성되는 댐퍼(damper)실(34)과,상기 댐퍼실(34) 안에 이동가능하게 수용되는 동시에, 상기 워크의 가공시에 상기 흔들림의 요인이 되는 진동에너지를, 미끄럼마찰에 의해 흡수하는 프릭션 댐퍼(friction damper)부(36)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 흔들림 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 볼트부재(24a~24d)의 두부(頭部)측에는, 상기 댐퍼실(34)을 폐색(閉塞)하기 위한 캡(cap)부(38)가 장착되는 동시에,상기 댐퍼실(34) 안에는, 상기 프릭션 댐퍼부(36)를 진동가능하게 하는 간극(44b)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 흔들림 방지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 프릭션 댐퍼부(36)는, 상기 캡부(38)에 흡착되는 마그넷(magnet)(40)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 흔들림 방지장치
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 마그넷(40)은 추(42)에 고착(固着)되는 동시에,상기 추(42)는, 상기 댐퍼실(34) 안에 상기 축방향 및 상기 축방향에 교차하는 방향으로 진동가능하게 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 흔들림 방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 볼트부재(24a∼24d)는, 상기 주축(18)의 회전축을 중심으로 하는 동심원상에 3개 이상 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기계의 흔들림 방지장치.
