Description
Claims (17)
- 적어도 1종의 알켄 단량체 0.1 내지 30몰%, 적어도 1종의 아크릴레이트계 단량체 30 내지 99몰% 및 적어도 1종의 이중결합을 하나 이상 가지는 불포화 유기산 단량체 0.1 내지 50몰%를 포함하는 공중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 8~220℃ 범위 내인 공중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 수평균 분자량이 5,000~400,000, 중량평균 분자량이 10,000~800,000인 공중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 초기 중량의 50%가 분해되는 온도(Td50)가 300~550℃ 범위 내인 공중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 알켄 단량체는 1-알켄, 2-알켄 및 3-알켄 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 공중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 불포화 유기산 단량체는 1가 카르복실산 또는 다가 카르복실산인 것인 공중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 불포화 산 무수물, 말레이미드, 메틸말레이미드, 에틸말레이미드, 부타디엔 및 스틸렌로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 공단량체를 추가로 포함하는 공중합체.
- 적어도 1종의 알켄 단량체 0.1 내지 30몰%, 적어도 1종의 아크릴레이트계 단량체 30 내지 99몰% 및 적어도 1종의 이중결합을 하나 이상 가지는 불포화 유기산 단량체 0.1 내지 50몰%을 루이스산 또는 금속산화물의 존재하에서 라디칼 중합 개시제에 의하여 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 루이스산은 스칸듐, 티타늄, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 구리, 아연, 붕소, 알루미늄, 이트륨, 지르코늄, 니오븀, 몰리브덴, 카드늄, 레늄 및 주석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 양이온을 포함하여 형성되고, 할라이드, 트리플레이트(triflate), HPO3 2-, H3PO2-, CF3COO-, C7H15OSO2- 및 SO4 2 -로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 음이온을 포함하는 것인 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 루이스산 또는 금속산화물은 상기 아크릴레이트계 공단량체를 기준으로 0.01~ 200몰% 사용되는 것인 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 라디칼 중합개시제는 상기 아크릴레이트계 단량체를 기준으로 0.01~1몰% 범위로 첨가되는 것인 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 중합은 200기압 이하 및 150℃ 이하의 조건에서 수행하는 것인 공중합체의 제조방법.
