Claims (4)
- 전력, 공조, 에너지 관리 등을 통합하여 빌딩관리제어하는 빌딩관리제어기와;인터넷을 통하여 수신되는 멀티에어컨의 제어 데이터를 백넷 프로토콜에 따라 변환하여 상기 멀티에어컨에 전송하는 백넷게이트웨이를 포함하는 빌딩관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백넷게이트웨이와 상기 멀티에어컨은 RS-485 통신케이블로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩관리시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 백넷게이트웨이에는 인터넷을 통하여 상기 멀티에어컨의 제어 데이터를 수신받을 수 있도록 하는 웹서비스모듈이 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩관리시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 웹서비스모듈은 상기 멀티에어컨의 데이터를 주기적으로 수신하는 데이터 추출부와, 상기 데이터 추출부와 연결되어 수신된 데이터를 가시적으로 표시하 는 웹페이지 생성부와, 상기 웹페이지 생성부에서 생성된 표시정보를 인터넷과 연결하는 프로토콜을 제공하는 웹서버를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌딩관리시스템.
