Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑物管理系统及其方法,更特别地,涉及一种能够通过克服通信距离上的常规限制,使用户无论在何时何地都可以使用唯一IP(网际协议)地址来轻易监测并控制复式空调的建筑物管理系统及其方法。
背景技术
近来,自动控制多个所谓“复式”空调(具有连接到一个室外单元的多个室内单元的空调),以适当控制安装在建筑物中的多个空调的电力消耗并且为用户提供舒适环境的建筑物管理系统的需求日益增长。
在综合处理后,建筑物管理系统运行并控制电力分配、空调系统、安全性、能量管理等。而且,BAC网络网关是一个标准协议,用于实现建筑物管理系统的综合网络。而且,BAC网络网关用于建筑物管理系统以便通过RS-483协议来连接复式空调和通风口。此外,BAC网络网关还具有另一功能,能够不通过建筑物管理系统分别分区检查空调。该功能已经发展为在LonWorks网络上初始安装或生成故障时分别定期检查复式空调。

如图所示,现有技术中建筑物管理系统包括一个或多个复式空调10,其安装在建筑物中;建筑物管理控制器20,其用于控制复式空调10;BAC网络网关30,其用于基于BAC网络协议(用于建筑物自动化和控制网络的标准化数据通信协议)连接空调10和建筑物管理系统20;以及本地控制器40,其连接BAC网络网关30以定期检查复式空调。
RS-485通信方案用于BAC网络网关30,以连接复式空调10和建筑物管理控制器20,并且RS-232通信方案用于BAC网络网关30,以连接建筑物管理控制器20和本地控制器40。
在通过用户的计算机运行检查程序之后,本地控制器40使用RS-232通信方案来请求关于空调的更新信息,使得本地控制器40通过传送控制数据到建筑物管理控制器20的方法来报告并控制空调的状态。
但是,现有技术中的建筑物管理系统具有以下问题。即,由于用于连接建筑物管理控制器20和本地控制器40的BAC网络网关30的RS-232通信方案在通信距离上有限制(由于RS-232通信方案的特性),因此其连接建筑物管理控制器20和本地控制器40以便报告、控制和检查复式空调状态的能力受到限制。
发明内容
因此,本发明旨在提供一种能够通过克服通信距离上的常规限制,使用户无论在何时何地都可以使用唯一IP(网际协议)地址来轻易监测并控制复式空调的建筑物管理系统及其方法。
为了实现在此实施并广泛描述的这些和其它优点,并根据本发明的目的,提供了一种建筑物管理系统,包括:复式空调系统,其具有一个或多个安装于建筑物中的复式空调;建筑物管理控制器,用于控制复式空调系统;以及BAC网络网关,用于传送通过互联网接收的复式空调的控制消息,其中将所述控制消息转换为兼容于BAC网络协议的消息。
优选地,建筑物管理系统还可以包括:终端,其用于通过web浏览器远程监测复式空调的状态和控制复式空调。
优选地,BAC网络网关和复式空调可以通过RS-485通信链接彼此连接。
优选地,BAC网络网关还包括web服务模块,其可以通过互联网接收复式空调的控制数据。
优选地,web服务模块可以包括:数据提取单元,其用于周期性地接收复式空调的数据;网页生成单元,其连接到数据提取单元以便显示所接收的数据;以及web服务器,其用于为连接网页生成单元生成的显示信息和互联网提供协议。
本发明的另一方案中,提供了一种建筑物管理方法,包括:通过互联网将管理终端连接到web服务器;由管理终端将控制消息传送给web服务器;由web服务器通过BAC网络网关将接收到的控制消息传送给复式空调;以及根据所述控制消息运行复式空调。
优选地,可以使用BAC网络网关的RS 485网络来传送所述控制消息。

如图所示,根据本发明一个实施例的建筑物管理系统包括:BAC网络网关,其连接到一个或多个空调;以及web服务模块,其连接到BAC网络网关,并通过互联网将数据从一个或多个空调提供给终端。而且,建筑物管理系统还包括建筑物管理控制器100,其用于通过综合电力分配、空调系统、能量管理等来控制建筑物管理,其中BAC网络网关传送通过互联网接收的复式空调200的控制消息,所述控制消息被转换为与BAC网络协议兼容的消息。
RS-485通信方案可以用于连接建筑物管理控制器100和复式空调200的BAC网络网关300。并且,能够通过互联网接收复式空调200的控制数据的web服务模块310可以安装于BAC网络网关300以便报告、控制和检查复式空调200。
Web服务模块310可以包括:数据提取单元311,其用于周期性地接收复式空调200的数据;网页生成单元312,其功能上连接到数据提取单元以便显示所接收的数据;以及web服务器313,其用于为功能上将网页生成单元312生成的显示信息连接到互联网提供协议。
数据提取单元311可以运行以周期性地提取被存储在数据库中的复式空调200的数据。而且,网页生成单元312可以运行以使用web浏览器生成(组成)用于为用户周期性显示更新数据的网页。
Web服务器313可以运行以提供HTTP协议服务,以便通过互联网将网页生成单元312生成的网页传送(提供)给用户。
Web服务模块310通过互联网从终端接收用以控制一个或多个空调的命令。而且,web服务模块通过BAC网络网关发送命令给一个或多个空调。
利用这种结构,如下运行根据本发明一个实施例的建筑物管理系统。
为了允许建筑物管理者进行监测,在接收关于复式空调200状态的报告并且检查所报告的状态之后,建筑物管理控制器100根据检查结果控制复式空调200,管理者的终端可以通过互联网连接到web服务器313,然后传送数据更新请求消息到web服务器313。
因此,web服务器313可以传送(提供)由最新数据组成的HTML网页到管理者的终端,由此,使得管理者能够通过其终端监测复式空调200的状态。
另外,为了允许管理者控制复式空调200的运行,如果管理者的终端发送控制消息给web服务器313,则web服务器313可以通过RS-485网络传送控制消息给复式空调200。
因此,可以根据所接收的控制消息来运行复式空调200。
用于管理根据本发明的建筑物管理系统的一个或多个空调的方法包括:通过BAC网络网关从一个或多个空调接收数据;生成用以显示从一个或多个空调接收的数据的网页;通过互联网传送网页到终端。这里,使用HTTP协议将网页传送到终端。这里,接收数据可以包括从数据库接收数据。
优选地,该方法还包括通过互联网从终端接收用以控制一个或多个空调的命令。而且,该方法还包括通过所述BAC网络网关发送命令到一个或多个空调。
如上所述,根据本发明,提供了一种建筑物管理系统,包括:建筑物管理控制器100,用于通过综合电力分配、空调系统、能量管理等来控制建筑物管理;以及BAC网络网关,用于传送通过互联网接收的复式空调200的控制消息,其中将控制消息转换为兼容于BAC网络协议的消息,因此,该建筑物管理系统能够促进用户无论在何时何地都可以使用唯一IP地址对复式空调进行监测和控制,从而克服BAC网络网关-本地控制器链接中通信距离的常规限制。
由于本发明的特征可以以不脱离本发明特征的多种方式来实现,还可以理解的是上述实施例不限于前述说明书的任何细节,除非另有说明,否则应该将其广泛构建在所属权利要求所定义的范围内,因此,落在权利要求书的范围及其等同范围内的全部变化和修改都在所属权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (12)
1、一种建筑物管理系统,包括:
BAC网络网关,其连接到一个或多个空调;以及
Web服务模块,其连接到所述BAC网络网关,并通过互联网将数据从所述一个或多个空调提供给终端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的建筑物管理系统,其中所述web服务模块包括从所述一个或多个空调接收所述数据的数据提取单元。
3、根据权利要求2所述的建筑物管理系统,其中所述web服务模块包括生成网页的网页生成单元,所述网页显示从所述一个或多个空调接收的所述数据。
4、根据权利要求3所述的建筑物管理系统,其中所述web服务模块包括使用HTTP协议通过互联网将所述网页传送给所述终端的web服务器。
5、根据权利要求2所述的建筑物管理系统,其中所述数据提取单元周期性地从数据库提取所述一个或多个空调的所述数据。
6、根据权利要求1所述的建筑物管理系统,其中所述web服务模块通过互联网从所述终端接收用以控制所述一个或多个空调的命令。
7、根据权利要求6所述的建筑物管理系统,其中所述web服务模块通过所述BAC网络网关发送所述命令给所述一个或多个空调。
8、一种用于管理一个或多个空调的方法,包括:
通过BAC网络网关从一个或多个空调接收数据;
生成用以显示从所述一个或多个空调接收的所述数据的网页;以及
通过互联网将所述网页传送到终端。
9、根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中使用HTTP协议将所述网页传送给所述终端。
10、根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中接收所述数据包括从数据库接收所述数据。
11、根据权利要求8所述的方法,还包括通过互联网从所述终端接收用以控制所述一个或多个空调的命令。
12、根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包括通过所述BAC网络网关发送所述命令到所述一个或多个空调。
