Claims (6)
- 베이스 오일과 증점제를 포함하고, 베이스 오일이 펜타에리트리톨과 지방산으로 이루어지는 화학식(1)으로 표시되는 에스테르유를 포함하는 그리스 조성물에 있어서, 상기 지방산의 조성이, 적어도 2-에틸헥산산 51~55질량%, 카프릴산과 카프린산 합계 39~49질량%(단, 카프릴산은 30질량% 이상 및 카프린산은 5~10질량%이다)로 이루어지는 펜타에리트리톨테트라에스테르유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스 조성물.[화학식 1]C(CH2OCOR1)4(식 중, R1은 탄소수 6~12의 직쇄 및/또는 분기 지방산 잔기를 나타낸다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지방산의 조성이, 카프릴산 38~41질량%, 카프린산 6~8질량% 및 2-에틸헥산산 52~54질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 펜타에리트리톨테트라에스테르유의 동점도가 40 ㎟/s 이하(40℃)이고, 점도 지수가 100 이상이며, 유동점이 -45 ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그리스 조성물 전체에 대하여, 베이스 오일 50질량% 이상, 증점제 5~30질량%를 함유하고, 베이스 오일이 이 펜타에리트리톨테트라에스테르유 단독 또는 이 펜타에리트리톨테트라에스테르유와 그 이외의 합성유 및/또는 광물유의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,혼화 점도가 200~350인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 그리스 조성물을 봉입한 베어링.
