Claims (4)
- 압연소재의 워핑현상을 제어하는 제어시스템으로서,압연소재의 두께, 패스라인의 높이, 압연소재의 압연 후의 두께, 그리고 압연기 입측에서의 상하부 온도를 입력받아, 하기 수학식 1에 따라 분사노즐을 선택하고 및 분사시간을 설정하는 주제어기;(수학식 1)(이 때, t(s)는 오일노즐 분사시간이고, 분사노즐은 t의 부호에 의해 결정되는데, t>0이면, 상부오일노즐이 분사되고, t<0이면, 하부오일노즐이 분사된다.△T(℃)는 상하부 온도차를 나타내고, Tave (℃)는 상하부 온도평균을 나타내고, △H(℃)는 상하부 온도평균(0.5*(Ttop - Tbottom))을 나타내고, △Hp(mm)는 패스라인과 소재중심과의 높이차(Hp-0.5H), Hp(mm)는 패스라인의 높이, H(mm)는 압연소재의 두께, △H(mm)는 압연량(H-h), h는 압연후의 소재의 두께, α, β, γ는 모델 튜닝(tuning) 계수, K(1/s)는 워프(Warp) 튜닝(Tuning)계수를 나타낸다.)상기 주제어기로부터의 분사노즐 및 분사시간 신호에 따라 오일분사를 제어하는 오일제어기;상기 오일제어기의 신호에 따라 서로 배타적으로 선택되어, 압연소재에 오일을 정해진 시간동안 분사하는 상부 및 하부 오일분사노즐; 및압연기의 후단에 위치하고, 카메라를 포함하여 구성되어 압연소재의 상하향을 측정하여 이를 주제어기로 피드백하는 워프(Warp)검출센서를 포함하는 압연소재의 워핑 제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주제어기에 압연소재의 위치정보를 전달하는 위치센서를 더 구비하여 상기 오일분사노즐의 분사시점을 결정하는 압연소재의 워핑 제어시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위치센서는 테이블 롤러는 압연소재를 이송하는 구동모터에 부착되는 테이블 롤러의 회전속도 측정센서 및, 압연소재의 이동 구간별로 설치된 HMD(Hot Metal Dector)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연소재의 워핑 제어시스템.
- 제 2 항 내지 제3 항의 압연소재의 워핑 제어시스템의 제어방법으로서,위치센서에서 압연소재에 대한 압연소재에 대한 위치정보를 트리킹(tricking)하는 단계;상기 압연소재 위치 측정단계에서 얻어진 신호정보로 노즐분사시점을 선택하고, 압연소재의 두께, 패스라인의 높이, 압연되는 양(두께), 및 압연기 상하부 입 측의 상하부 온도를 이용하여 주제어기에서 상하부 노즐의 분사노즐 및 시간을 선정하는 단계;주제어기로부터 지령받은 분사시점, 분사노즐 및 분사시간에 따라 오일제어기가 선택된 노즐을 제어하여 실제 오일을 분사하는 단계; 및압연기를 통과한 압연소재의 워프상태를 워핑검출센서로 측정하여 주제어기로 입력하는 단계를 포함하는 압연소재의 워핑 제어시스템의 제어방법.
