Abstract
Description
상기 400계 스테인레스강이 인입되는 조압연 및 사상압연 스텐드 일측에 그라파이트 혼합액 분사장치를 장착하여 압연되기 직전 스테인레스 열연판 양측 100-300mm 부분에 분사함으로써, 그라파이트 입자의 윤활효과에 의해 압연시 열연판의 폭방향 인장응력 불균일을 완화하여 압연재 내부 및 폭방향의 균일변형을 유도하는 400계 스테인레스강의 열간압연방법을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이러한 스티킹 결함의 미발생은 분사 혼합액에 함유된 그라파이트 입자가 스티킹 발생의 핵생성처인 롤 표면의 스크래치 부분을 압연재의 롤에 대하여 노출된 금속(naked metal)부분과 원천적으로 차단하여 스티킹 발생을 억제하고 있으며, 아울러 윤활효과까지 발휘하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 발명에 의한 방법을 사용시, 수요가 요구에 충족되는 우수한 소재품질 및 표면품질을 확보한 스테인레스강판을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (1)
- 400계 스테인레스강을 열간압연하는 방법에 있어서,상기 400계 스테인레스강이 인입되는 조압연 및 사상압연 스텐드 일측에 그라파이트 혼합액 분사장치를 장착하여 압연되기 직전 스테인레스 열연판 양측 100-300mm 부분에 분사함으로써, 그라파이트 입자의 윤활효과에 의해 압연시 열연판의 폭방향 인장응력 불균일을 완화하여 압연재 내부 및 폭방향의 균일변형을 유도하는 400계 스테인레스강의 열간압연방법.
