Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- ⅰ) 셀룰로오스(cellulose) : 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinylalcohol, PVA)을 70:30 내지 99:1의 중량비로 포함하는 도프(dope)를 제조하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 도프를 방사노즐을 통해 압출 방사하는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 방사된 복합섬유를 가교 및 응고시키는 단계; 및ⅳ) 상기 가교 및 응고된 복합섬유를 수세하는 단계를 포함하는 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)단계는 가교제를 포함하는 응고욕에서 실시하는 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가교제는 응고욕의 응고액에 대하여 0.1 내지 1 중량%로 포함되는 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가교제는 붕산(boric acid), 에피클로로히드린(epichlorohydrin), 글루타르알데히드(glutaraldehyde) 및 카르복시산(carboxylic acid)으로 이루어진 군에 서 1종 이상 선택되는 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅲ)단계의 가교 및 응고는 5 내지 35 ℃의 온도에서 실시하는 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ⅰ)단계는 셀룰로오스 및 폴리비닐알코올의 혼합분말을 N-메틸몰포린-N-옥사이드(N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide) 용매에 용해시켜 도프(dope)를 제조하는 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 셀룰로오스는 알파-셀룰로오스의 함량이 적어도 96 %인 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐알코올은 교대배열 다이애드기(diad group)의 함량이 48 내지 60 %이고, 검화도(degree of saponification)가 적어도 99.0%이며, 점도 평균 중합도(viscosity-average degree of polymerization)가 1,500 내지 7,000인 것인 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되며, 건조강도 6 내지 10 g/d, 건조신도 8 내지 16 %, 및 건조탄성율 150 내지 400 g/d인 물성을 갖는 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유.
- 제10항의 셀룰로오스-폴리비닐알코올 가교 복합섬유를 포함하는 타이어 코드.
