Claims (5)
- 초음파검사장비의 본체로부터 연장되어 피검사체에 초음파를 주사함으로써 피검사체 내부의 결함을 탐지하는 초음파 탐촉 장치에 있어서,상기 본체로부터 소정 길이 연장된 연결바(1)의 끝단에 고정 설치되며 내부에 수용부(11)가 마련된 고정홀더(10);상기 고정홀더(10)의 수용부(11) 하방에 설치되어 초음파를 발생시키는 탐촉자(20);상기 고정홀더(10)의 외주연에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 피검사체 표면과의 마찰력에 의해 피검사체 표면을 구르며 회전되는 회전홀더(30);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 초음파 주사를 위한 초음파 탐촉 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정홀더(10)와 상기 회전홀더(30) 사이에는 링베어링(40)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 초음파 주사를 위한 초음파 탐촉 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전홀더(30)는 내부에 접촉매질로 사용되는 유체가 수용 가능하도록 중공의 관 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 초음파 주사를 위한 초음파 탐촉 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전홀더(30)는 원활한 구동을 위하여 마찰계수가 높 은 고무로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 초음파 주사를 위한 초음파 탐촉 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정홀더(10)와 링베어링(40) 사이에는 공기층이 생성되는 것이 방지되도록 윤활유가 주입된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 초음파 주사를 위한 초음파 탐촉 장치.
