Claims (12)

- 제1항 및/또는 제2항에 있어서,R1 및 R3이 각각 수소이고,R2 및 R4가 각각 독립적으로 수소, F, Cl, NH2, NHCH3 또는 N(CH3)2이고,R5가 수소, 메틸, 에틸 또는 사이클로프로필이고,R6이 수소 또는 메틸이고,R7 및 R8이 각각 수소인 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되 는 염 및 트리플루오로아세테이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제로서 사용하기 위한, 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 호흡기 구동 질환, 호흡기 질환, 수면-관련 호흡기 질환, 수면 가사, 코골이, 급성 및 만성 신장 질환, 급성 신부전증 및 만성 신부전증, 장 기능 장애, 고혈압, 본태성 고혈압, 중추 신경계(CNS) 장애, CNS 과흥분성으로부터 발생되는 질환, 간질 및 중추 유도된(centrally induced) 경련 또는 불안 상태, 우울증 및 정신병, 말초 또는 중추 신경계의 허혈 상태 또는 발작, 허혈 상태 또는 재관류 상태에 의해 유발된 말초 기관 또는 사지에 대한 급성 및 만성 손상 및 이의 장애, 죽상 동맥경화증, 지질 대사 장애, 혈전증, 담도 기능 장애, 외부 기생충에 의한 감염, 혈관내피세포 손상에 의해 유발된 장애, 원충성(protozoal) 장애 및 말라리아의 치료 또는 예방을 위한, 외과적 절차를 위한 이식물의 보존 및 보관을 위한, 외과적 수술 및 기관 이식에서 사용하기 위한, 바이패스 조작, 심장 정지 후 소생시에 사용하기 위한, 또는 쇼크 상태 또는 당뇨병 및 당뇨병으로부터의 만기 손상, 또는 세포 증식이 1차 또는 2차 원인을 구성하는 질환의 치료를 위한, 또는 건강을 유지하고 생명을 연장하기 위한 약제를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
- 호흡기 구동 질환, 호흡기 질환, 수면-관련 호흡기 질환, 수면 가사, 코골이, 급성 및 만성 신장 질환, 급성 신부전증 및 만성 신부전증, 장 기능 장애, 고혈압, 본태성 고혈압, 중추 신경계(CNS) 장애, CNS 과흥분성으로부터 발생되는 질환, 간질 및 중추 유도된 경련 또는 불안 상태, 우울증 및 정신병, 말초 또는 중추 신경계의 허혈 상태 또는 발작, 허혈 상태 또는 재관류 상태에 의해 유발된 말초 기관 또는 사지에 대한 급성 및 만성 손상 및 이의 장애, 죽상 동맥경화증, 지질 대사 장애, 혈전증, 담도 기능 장애, 외부 기생충에 의한 감염, 혈관내피세포 손상에 의해 유발된 장애, 원충성 장애 및 말라리아의 치료 또는 예방을 위한, 외과적 절차를 위한 이식물의 보존 및 보관을 위한, 외과적 수술 및 기관 이식에서 사용하기 위한, 바이패스 조작, 심장 정지 후 소생시에 사용하기 위한, 또는 쇼크 상태 또는 당뇨병 및 당뇨병으로부터의 만기 손상, 또는 세포 증식이 1차 또는 2차 원인을 구성하는 질환의 치료를 위한, 또는 건강을 유지하고 생명을 연장하기 위한 약제를 제조하기 위한, 다른 약제 또는 활성 성분과 배합된 상태의, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
- 호흡기 구동 질환 및/또는 수면-관련 호흡기 질환, 예를 들면, 수면 가사의 치료 또는 예방용 약제를 제조하기 위한, 단독으로 또는 다른 약제 또는 활성 성분과 배합된 상태의, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 및/또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
- 코골이의 치료 또는 예방용 약제를 제조하기 위한, 단독으로 또는 다른 약제 또는 활성 성분과 배합된 상태의, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 및/또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
- 급성 또는 만성 신장 질환, 급성 신부전증 또는 만성 신부전증의 치료 또는 예방용 약제를 제조하기 위한, 단독으로 또는 다른 약제 또는 활성 성분과 배합된 상태의, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 및/또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
- 장 기능 장애의 치료 또는 예방용 약제를 제조하기 위한, 단독으로 또는 다른 약제 또는 활성 성분과 배합된 상태의, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 및/또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 및/또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 유효량을 포함하는, 사람, 가축 또는 식물보호용 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 화학식 I의 화합물 및/또는 이 의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 유효량을 다른 약리학적 활성 성분 또는 약제와 배합된 상태로 포함하는, 사람, 가축 또는 식물보호용 약제학적 제제.
