Claims (6)
- 용융 유리조에 접속되고 용융 유리를 유출시키는 노즐로서,상기 노즐 내부에 있어서의 유로의 용융 유리 유출 방향에 대해 수직한 단면 중심이 상류측의 단면 중심에 대해 어긋나 있는 부위을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유로의 단면 중심이 어긋난 부위를 복수 개 구비하는 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 단면 중심이 어긋난 부위의 하나 이상은, 상류측 유로의 90% 이하의 단면적인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 단면 중심이 어긋난 부위는, 노즐 전체 길이의 하류측 50%까지의 범위에 2 이상 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 단면 중심이 어긋난 부위의 일부 또는 전부는 노즐 내벽에 장애판을 설치함으로써 형성되는 것으로,상기 장애판의 두께는 단면 중심이 어긋난 부위에서의 유로 직경의 0.1~10배인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 유리 원료를 용융 유리조에서 용융하고, 용융 유리조에 접속된 노즐을 통해서 용융 유리를 성형형에로 유출시켜 유리 성형체를 성형하는 것을 포함하는 유리 성형체의 제조방법으로,상기 노즐은 제1항에 기재된 노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 성형체 제조방법.
