Claims (8)
- 워크에 대하여, 잉크젯 방식의 기능 액적 토출 헤드를 상대적으로 이동시키면서, 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드로부터 기능액을 토출하여 묘화를 행하는 묘화 수단과,상기 묘화 수단에 인접하여 배열 설치되며, 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드로부터 토출된 기능액의 중량에 기초하여 액적 토출량을 측정하는 중량 측정 수단과,상기 중량 측정 수단으로부터 입력되는 측정 결과에 기초하여, 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드의 구동 전력을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 묘화 수단은, 상기 워크를 탑재하는 동시에 당해 워크를 X축 방향으로 이동시키는 X축 테이블과, 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드를 탑재하는 동시에 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드를 Y축 방향으로 이동시키는 Y축 테이블을 갖고,상기 Y축 방향에서의 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드의 이동 궤적 상에 배열 설치되어, 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드를 흡인 및 와이핑하는 클리닝 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 중량 측정 수단은, 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드의 이동 궤적 상에 있어서, 상기 X축 테이블과 상기 클리닝 수단 사이에 배열 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으 로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드가 복수 설치되어 있고,상기 중량 측정 수단은, 임의의 1의 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드로부터 토출된 기능액을 받는 용기와,상기 용기 내의 기능액의 중량을 측정하는 전자 저울과,상기 용기의 주위에 배열 설치되어, 상기 1의 기능 액적 토출 헤드로부터 상기 용기에 대한 측정 토출 시에 다른 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드로부터의 버리기 토출을 받는 플러싱 박스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,복수의 상기 기능 액적 토출 헤드는, 상기 X축 방향으로 배열되어 헤드 그룹을 구성하고 있고,상기 중량 측정 수단은, 상기 X축 방향으로 이동하는 서브 테이블을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 서브 테이블의 이동 궤적 상에 배열 설치되어, 상기 전자 저울에 의한 중량 측정시에 상기 용기의 상부 공간을 덮는 방풍 커버를 더 구비한 것을 특징으 로 하는 액적 토출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 액적 토출 장치를 사용하여, 상기 워크 위에 기능액에 의한 성막부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 액적 토출 장치를 사용하여, 상기 워크 위에 기능액에 의한 성막부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 전기 광학 장치 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
