Description
Claims (14)
- BET 비표면적이 4∼100㎡/g, 어스펙트비가 1∼200이 되도록 분쇄처리를 한 평균 외경 2∼500㎚의 분기상 기상법 탄소섬유를 포함하는 탄소섬유에, 산화환원반응을 촉진하며 15nm이하의 평균입경을 갖는 촉매금속이 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄전의 평균 섬유길이에 대한 분쇄후의 평균 섬유길이의 비가 0.8이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄전의 비표면적에 대한 분쇄후의 비표면적의 비가 1.1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매금속이 백금, 제4주기 및 제5주기 천이금속으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상 또는 그 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체.
- 탄화수소를 열분해해서 얻어진 평균 외경 2∼500㎚의 기상법 탄소섬유, 또는 이 기상법 탄소섬유를 불활성가스 분위기 하에서 온도 600∼1300℃에서 열처리한 분기상 기상법 탄소섬유를 포함하는 탄소섬유를 BET 비표면적이 4∼100㎡/g, 어스펙트비가 1∼200이 되도록 분쇄한 후, 산화환원반응을 촉진하며 15nm이하의 평균입 경을 갖는 촉매금속을 담지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매금속의 담지가 액상환원법에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기상법 탄소섬유를 분쇄한 후에, 불활성가스 분위기 하에서 온도 2000∼3000℃에서 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기상법 탄소섬유를 분쇄하기 전에, 불활성가스 분위기 하에서 온도 2000∼3000℃에서 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분쇄가 충격력을 이용한 건식 분쇄에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분쇄가 산소농도 5체적% 이상 존재하는 분위기 하에서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지체의 제조방법.
- 도전성 기재에, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉매 담지체를 포 함하는 촉매층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극재.
- 전해질막의 양면에 촉매층과 가스 확산층으로 이루어지는 전극을 구비한 연료전지용 접합체로서, 촉매층이 제11항에 기재된 전극재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 접합체.
- 제12항에 기재된 연료전지용 접합체를 세퍼레이터로 끼워지지하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 셀.
- 제13항에 기재된 연료전지 셀을 2개이상 적층시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
